The food doesn’t have any flavor it’s bland. I’m disappointed. Whoever is cooking, the food needs to put some salt and pepper. Also, I was charged extra when my food was supposed to be $40

I waited for 45 minutes for my food and it was cold. The food didn’t even have any flavor. You’re better off, making it on your own. The one on Bleecker Street is so much better. I’m so disappointed this place was horrible.

it was my mistake giving this place a second chance. this is my last attempt with mexican food in new york. its so mid, so mediocre, that i am no longer interested in wasting time, wasting money, wasting a meal on it. its just okay. id rather almost anything else at this point. id rather a 20pc chicken nuggets for $6 than anything on this menu. id rather a $10 burger from shake shack. id rather just cook at home. id rather so many other things. i just never leave this restaurant satisfied. im done with it. no more mexican food for me. thanks. im done.

This is a retro looking restaurant. Its kind of fast food but sit down. They have a simple menu. They have a few vegetarian options, few seafood, few chicken, and a few meat ones. They offer them in a taco, quesidillas or burrito option. My favorite was the sweet potato taco. We also got the chicken tinga taco and quesidilla. The taco and quesidilla are different in the type of tortilla they use. It was tasty with authentic flavors. We also got the street corn. Its served in a paper cup. Its good but needed a little kick with hot sauce, which they have on the tables. I washed it off with a mango margarita. It was nice and strong. The Pina colada was refreshing but needed a little a better mixing. The service could have been a little faster but it was busy.

The tacos lack flavors and the chips were hard and stale.

Every time I order for delivery. They don’t put any hot salsas. Unbelievable. When calling the restaurant the staff started laughing

If I could give it zero stars I would. The food was disgustingly dehydrated. I ordered carne asada tacos and received something completely different. I will not be spending my hard earned dollars at this establishment again.

Joel, the first bartender, was truly incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything. Unfortunately, the experience completely fell apart when the bar staff changed over. The red-haired bartender who took over was shockingly rude and made it very clear she did not want to be there. I waited more than 15 minutes for a single drink while she ignored me and focused only on service-well orders. When she finally rang it in, she charged full price even though it was still happy hour, with no courtesy mention that HH was ending or asking if I wanted to order anything else beforehand.
When I politely asked for a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor, instantly became confrontational, and told me she was “not comfortable” with me — then refused to give her name so I could report the issue. After that, several staff members openly gossiped about me at the bar, making the entire environment uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The food deserves 5 stars, but the customer service was a 0. One of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning. There are far better options in the area where guests are treated with basic respect.

Decided to take my Grandma, By far a really great place to eat, BUT Don’t come here at opening!
The waitress there (today at least) was terrible with customer service… really love this place but today’s experience made it horrible. Thank You
