Disappointed. I got a pick up order here w/ my family recently. My charge was for $36 and I left a $5 tip in cash, which the person serving me saw, so he turned the card machine away and back to him (since I wasn't going to tip further, I thought this was fine.) To my surprise, when I looked at my charges I saw that he actually added an additional $4 tip to himself on my card. I guess the moral of the story is always finish your transactions.
