Tacos Cholula Mexican Food Truck, where to begin? There have been several times when I have given their food a try. With eager anticipation, I recently ordered a steak quesadilla, Texas nachos, and guacamole. It was instead a snooze fest for me.It's a rollercoaster ride of disappointment when it comes to the food here. It's like they've made a pact with flavor to stay far, far away. Let's talk about the guacamole. It looked like it had seen better days. I called and complained to the owner, but he insisted that he made it fresh. Well, sir, I've seen fresher guacamole in a retirement home.
