Great food. Good seasoning with big enough portions for a guy. Rare case where I eat every dish in a bento. However this place is slow. Takes a while to bring out your food. Also the staff kids were being a disturbance. I get that asian places will keep their kids around the store and I get it’s sometimes necessary. However I’ve seen staff lids in asian places sit still and be quiet while here the kids ate constantly walking around and making high pitched young kid whining not yet full language kind of noise and it’s annoying.

Been there twice. The first time I came, order 肉羹湯, it was like I was in Taiwan! It was excellent! Had bonito shaving flavor which what other places missing in NYC. 2nd time I went to test for consistency quality...what a failure. It was less to no bonito shaving flavor. The other rice bento was good.

I go there for the Taiwanese sausages every single time I'm in the neighborhood. This is the only place in the borough that makes it just like back in Taiwan. I just can't get enough of it. I'm drooling as I'm typing, by the way.

I use to come here all the time since it opened around 2018, food there has not changed one bit, still amazingly good and simple. Even though there is almost no one dinning in, their customer service is still great and very kind. This place is 100% worth checking out and to get lunch or dinner from.

The food was really good and the people were super nice. The music was just not very relaxing. It's not a big deal but some quieter and slower paced music would be nice for eating.

Cute little Taiwanese lunch spot with authentic flavors. The chicken leg and popcorn chicken bentos were delicious and the lunch special was a good value! Will be back to try the beef noodle soup.

Delicious food if not a bit on the expensive side. Their bentos are good with a nice variety, but I keep coming back for their pork braised rice/noodle because it's so good. Give it a shot if you're looking for a cheap and filling meal. If they gave some vegetables it'd be a complete meal for me. Pardon the half ate food, I just wanted to dig in.

Delicious food!! This small little restaurant tucked away in Brooklyn is a little gem of a place. I haven’t found any small Taiwanese restaurants that brings back memories of Taiwan. As crazy as it sounds, shaved ice is really hard to mess up but I have not been to a place that made shaved ice just like I remember from Taiwan except here! I just ordered a Taiwanese shaved ice and it brings back memories from years ago when I had my first Taiwanese shaved ice. Their vermicelli noodles are also very flavorful and they offer small and large portions which is exactly how it’s usually served in Taiwan. Sometimes I just want small eats and most places if not all places do not have much options to choose a small portion. I’d definitely come back here again and try their lunch boxes. The price range that says I spent $50-$100 is because I ordered a lot of different things to try including my take out. But the food is very affordable here. We initially ordered a large bowl of noodles and a small bowl of noodles with 2 drinks and 2 sausages that cost about $30.

I often come to this restaurant to eat. It’s affordable and the portions are large. More importantly, the service attitude is good. However, the prices have become a lot more expensive recently and the portions are smaller. But the service attitude is still as good as ever. I hope it will get better and better.
Updated on 5/21/24 I came here again to eat bento. The salted crispy chicken is still as crispy on the outside and tender on the inside as always. There is no oil smell. It should be due to frequent oil changes. The lady at the front desk is really kind and patient, unlike other restaurants. The kind of people who ignore you or urge you desperately give you likes and keep going?
