The food and service are pretty good but the prices are pretty steep considering the small portions offered here. It is a nice place to eat, however be advised that the menu prices are somewhat outdated so the final bill will most likely be significantly higher than the prices on the menu. There's also a service charge added to the final bill. Put it this way, whatever you'll spend at Outback to feed four people, you'll spend more or less the same amount to feed...
My Husband I have decided to embark on tasting the worlds foods starting with Uzbekistan. I can tell you we were not at all disappointed. We had the Plov combo that comes with Non , salad and green tea. The Green tea was a little light but beyond that everything was amazing. The place was very clean, waiter was amazing, the decor was stunning. That plov was A-Maz-ing. Meat so tender rice to die for and those carrots yum yum. The fresh salad was great with some of the infused vinegar....

1. Samsa - very small. The only thing I'm not happy with is the size. And so, samsa is also delicious.
