At first glance it may seem like there aren’t any vegan options, but they have a six-count avocado and cucumber roll that’s only $4! Plus they have a matcha with almond or oat milk that’s incredible. So rich and flavorful.

Wowed, such great quality food at an amazing price. The beef curry bun was delicious and the bun itself was a donut consistency, so soft and chewey. Also got a few other things which were al delicious and tasted so fresh. Will be back many times.

This is my favorite place to go to while in brooklyn, perfectly located near other restaurants that pair in comparison to the delectable selection of oniguri and dessert treats at Takahachi. I wish you guys were open on Mondays, its like a funeral when Takahachi is on my mind I get there and theyre closed. So delicious, thank you.

Great selections of Japanese food, including bakery goods, hot, and cold food. Their prices are also very reasonable for its quality. Ended up getting a bunch of bread and everything was very solid.

Don't skip on their soft serve! I tried their Matcha Soft Serve and it was delicious; reminds me of the soft serve that you would get when I was in Japan.

Worth traveling to and picking up goodies for picnics and other occasions!

I cannot emphasize how much I love this place. Everything I have tried is delicious, and it’s reasonably priced. Today I picked up both lunch and dinner from here. Today I had the arugula salad and poke bowl. Last week I had the katsu sando which is incredible. The cold tantanmen is also fantastic.

This Japanese spot is perfect for a quick bite. There are so many options, ranging from sashimi to rice dishes to baked goods. My only complaint is that I wish I had more space in my stomach to try out more things.

The mini chirashi with rice is the biggest under-$10 helping of FRESH sushi you will find for miles. Coffee and tea here are also top-notch, as are the affordable baked goods. A gift. Hard to find grab-and-go bakeries this good in the States.

10/10 always hits. Baked goods and other hot/cold foods are delicious. They change up the soft serve flavors and recently I tried the soy sauce soft serve - so freaking good, which surprised me. It reminded me of a nice caramel

Kinda reminds me of a convenience store. Picked up this small bowl of chirashi, croquette, and a Sakura mochi Azuki cream cake roll. With the same I got, definitely would come back. They had really delicious looking bentos but I just ate a decent meal beforehand. Sushi was hella fresh, really tasty and under $10 at the time. Good for satisfying your sushi craving. Croquette is as expected. That Sakura mochi roll cake was made to perfection. Soft, light and fluffy, not too sweet. Bits of mochi mixed in the cream and a hunk of Azuki bean paste inside. The staff were very nice. There was a microwave inside the store for heating up stuff. I would come back again when I'm in the area. Place has a few seating by the window, but mainly standing tables, which I prefer because it ensures quick turn around of guests. Perfect for grabbing a quick bite.

Great place, I eat here for lunch 4 times a week! They have something for everyone — a variety of pastries, rice bowls, sandwiches, soups, sushi, and other delicious snacks! As well as a great drink selection! Always very sweet and helpful service too!
