I was craving for katsu sando and found the right place to have it. The bread was so fluffy and soft and pork katsu was so tender which went well with the sauce.
I also ordered fries with furikake but it wasn’t cooked well :(
It was so packed so I decided to order a takeout instead.

Delicious! Started with a tonkatsu sandwich and liked it enough that I went back later in the day for the ajitama sandwich. I think I may prefer the egg sandwich. The tonkatsu was really good - the meat was really well cooked; but I think I would have liked it more with less sauce. The sauce made the sandwich a bit too sweet for my liking. Regardless, both were great, and the bread was fragrant and soft. The lines are a bit long, so it's best to order online.

The Fish Katsu Sando, which features a salt koji-marinated cod fillet and shokupan, was excellent. The texture of the fish was light and flaky, which made it my personal favorite.

The Chicken Katsu Sando was also delicious and well-executed, but the fish version really stood out for its delicate texture and balance of flavors.
