I can't stop thinking about the meal I had earlier today. I have to review it. It was mind-bendingly good.I hate to be one of -those- guys, but, I've been to Uzbekistan, mainly to hunt down one of my favorite cuisines. This meal differentiated itself from other authentic food experiences in big diverse cities in that the main dish I ordered, the plov, was at least as good, if not possibly even better than that which I had in Samarkand.
