I purchased a beef patty and the inside looked like a mixture of beef and fat and the beef patty itself taste bad. The customer service disregarded my complaint. I have had many beef patties from other Jamacian restaurants but nothing like this before. I don’t know if the rest of the food is good. But my overall experience was unpleasant.

The stew chicken is good, not anything particularly amazing but yeah. I think I had their fried chicken before as well before, very good it was the reason I went again. But the curry chicken was so bad, it's so dry and flavorless. I think it's the worst I've ever had.
Got Mac and cheese for +$5 but the box was half empty...The Mac and cheese taste good though.
The portions are pretty bad. There's not enough sauce/curry on the plate. I get better prices and food at carts in Manhattan! Felt like I got ripped off ngl
The atmosphere is 2 stars cus it's either crowded in the morning or people are yelling at each other at night. Literally when I was going in two guys were loudly arguing by the door so I had to wait. The staff were fine though.

Generous portions but the food was very heavy w salt and pasta heavy on the cream! Their facial expressions will make it seem like they annoyed by you 😔 Went again and the attitude and food still nasty.

I ordered a roti and was charged $15 for food that was not prepared properly. I had a handful of curry chicken with the bones still in them wrapped in a roti bread that had powder falling out the center . Worst thing ever! I swallowed a bone even after trying to check. They made it like a plate of and then wrapped it into sandwhich form smaller than my hand . With bones in it.
Also they charged $8 for the bread and $8 for the chicken .
They have plates of food worth $13 and would even charge me and serve me this even after I told them that I wanted patatoes or cabbage with it. (Showing my disappointment) *Hint* *hint*
Now I almost choked
In addition I was with my family and they have horrible customer service why was i charged $16 when oxtails and rice and cabbage is $18. I was also with my family and they made things hard for me.

Do you like what you do or do you just not want to serve your people in their own neighborhood?
We spend way too much money for y’all to carry yourselves as such get better with your Customer Service because like others y’all won’t last for long hair

There was a long line outsidee so Im like let me try. Got a small curry being it was my first time. It taste like watererrrr no flavor not even salt no curry flavor nothing. Please if you’re a real west indian save your dollars.

Went there to buy food the goat wasn’t ready and there is a black girl that was on her phone while everyone was serving I waited for the goat n when I get home the goat wasn’t ready wasn’t cooked properly was very chewy
