I really want to support my local shops, but this one was tough to fully endorse given the chaos and lack of communication. I ordered two cakes (Cannoli and German Chocolate) for Xmas Eve pickup and the day of I noticed a large line that extended almost down the block. I asked people on line if this was the pickup line and was told that there was only one line. I looked at the door and noticed no signs around separate pickup areas and given the inside was also packed with people I hopped on line to pick up my pre-order.
After a 1.5 hour wait I finally got inside, to what I saw was about four staff members working furiously to help customers who waited in line with the selection of their pastries. I had not noticed, but in the back on the store there seemed to be a pick up area for those who had pre-ordered. I waited my turn and spoke to the lady that I was looking to pick up. She promptly pulled a piece of paper and asked me to enter in my first and last name and what cakes I ordered. I let her know and five minutes later another lady gave me my cakes.
I had a feeling if I had just gone in the store and asked about pick up I would have quickly found out that I did not have to wait in line, but there was no signage about pre-orders and zero indication from staff that I did not have to wait in line even after going inside.
The cakes themselves were incredibly dissapointing. I've been searching for a replacement of the local Whole Foods Cannoli cake that they cease to make anymore and these cakes from Tasty Pastry were not very good at all. The flavor of the cannoli cream was average at best and the alcohol (rum?) was of poor quality (Bacardi?). The German Chocolate cake was also dissapointing, incredibly dry and the butter cream lacked any flavor.
Overall an incredibly dissapointing experience and my search for a good Whole Foods Cannoli Cake continues!

Stumbled upon this bakery and tried a few items such as the mango cheesecake, passion fruit cheesecake, cannoli and cinnamon roll. Prices are very fair. Pastries were not too sweet and the mango cheesecake is good— not too sweet and creamy

Very odd the reviews that are bad on here because I was amazed wish I could call her out on her first name but I'm kinda shy to have nonchalantly asked I would to find out it was December 6 Saturday around 630 there was a girl who was very professional and nice to me taking my order My experience dealing with her make me want to come back soon Kinda wish the owner would respond to this so I know who took my order She would remember I got a coffee and small canoli and was ready to take my order with no wait she was so kind I want to personally speak to her again if I can God bless all of these people sorry there's people who leave not so nice comments let's pray for each other

Love love love this place You can get a variety of things here for each holiday. They even have a sugar free section. Have to go early because get really busy. Everything is fresh. It's worth the price.

My favorite spot to buy cookies! Sooo yummy! Cakes, cookies, chocolate and not sweet pies. Super convenient to shop for big occasions or sudden pop up parties. They have all kind of dietary restrictions friendly pastries. Gluten free, sugar free, all other Free you might need to make sure everyone gets beautiful pastry and not get health issues. Ladies that work there are also very nice.
