I really enjoyed my milk black tea with bubbles and a milk foam cap! Choosing 25% sugar and ice made it just right — not overly sweet and not overloaded with ice, which I really appreciated. One thing to note is that they don’t offer milk black tea without bubbles, so even if you want it plain, you’ll still be charged the bubble tea price. Also, when I asked at the counter to customize the amount of bubbles, the staff pointed me to the self-service machine, but unfortunately, the machine doesn’t allow you to adjust that. It would have been nicer if the interaction felt a bit more helpful. Overall, the drink was great, but the service could use a little improvement.

Staying at a horel nearby and really wanted boba tea. Found this place on Uber Eats. Ordered the coconut milk tea with Mango popping boba (my fav) ahd WOW!!!! It was absolutely perfect. I wish I would have gotten the large size!!! My daughter had Taro and it was just as Yummi!

It really annoys me when shops advertise “fresh fruit” and charge fresh fruit prices when they are just using fruit flavored sugar syrups. Won’t be coming back.

This is the best bubble tea I've tested in Brooklyn.
I don’t have a better way of saying this service sucks, staff suck you’ll have to order through a touch screen. I decided to try this place out for the first time and I accidentally hit some lychee boba instead of regular. Just like any other place if it’s a mistake or you’re unsatisfied they’ll give you what you want. NOT HERE first off they just put my drink on the counter didn’t say the number. I had a sip and realized I picked the wrong boba thought no problem I’m sure I can get regular she was like NO I said it’s my first time here I want to try it she went to get some other girl and she was like no we don’t do that. Long story short go spend your money with businesses that care or a small buisness who deserves it.

Ordered brown sugar boba and tiramisu to go. The boba was great but the dessert was def bad. First bite tasted like rotten milk/cheese . Disappointing!! Wish i could have asked for a refund if i was close by.

I’m disappointed. I came here a couple times before because it’s a convenient bubble tea place open late to have a drink and send some emails after a long day at work. I only went here twice before to sit at a table of one at the attached dining area and kept to myself, but I walked in the door this evening and the employee turned me away. He said the manager is no longer allowing me to sit at the table but I can order the drink and go. Each time I went the small tables were empty, I would have left if asked. Treating a customer like this felt disrespectful.
