Best London fog I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service and tea selection!

Quiet place with a cute vibe. There's a wide selection of teas (including herbal) to choose from. Prices are in the normal range, and the library of second books for sale is a nice touch :)

an oasis of serenity and calm in our busy and chaotic city. highly recommend coming here and distressing over an excellent cup of tea.

Like a similar reviewer mentioned, tea was completely ruined by adding scalding hot water. Also no napkins so I bought a pack of tissues for $2. The music was too loud to concentrate on reading. Lastly there’s no restroom available.

Not a lot of amenities for this very overpriced hot water.

More than just a Tea bar! Such a lovely chilled place to sit and enjoy a beverage , from the great variety on offer, and watch the world go by. It has a wholesome atmosphere with plants, a wide range of books and hand picked items on offer. The owner is very friendly and great to chat to. It has a charm all of its own as a unique independent business. What an absolute gem.

The lady at the counter is welcoming and kind. She helped me pick out my order. While the service and tea was great, I wish there was a public bathroom! All that tea does something to you. She kindly directed me to the Whole Foods that does have a bathroom.

Lots of herbal tea options and 2xpert consultancy for helping select. Great place for tea aficionados!

Edit- This cafe is CLOSED probably permanently. My favorite thing about this place is that they have several flavors of teas (iced or hot). It's excellent. Pastries are good too. It's not really a lunch place, but it's alright.

I must say I’m not sure if I can call myself a tea lover of a tea expert, but boy this one was really really good. I’m going back there I want to take my mom when she comes to the city, as tea is all she drinks and the other stuff she gets back upstate is not that great . I’m sure she will keep talking about it to her friends. The ambiance is just right, but the servers are very accommodating and attentive.
