Visited NYC for the first time a few months back, and this place was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. The best bar we went to, hands down - and we went to a lot. We definitely don't have anywhere like this in London. I've wanted to revisit since (sadly that involves a pricey plane ticket...)

Cozy but sophisticated ambiance, great reasonably priced cocktails. Love a bar that plays good music and plays it an appropriate volume where you can actually hear people talk despite the bar being super crowded.

Their frozen cocktails during the spring and summer are especially great! With the best long island iced tea I have ever had a great lemonade and you can mix the two into a john daily.
