Terasa North Ninth

We was there with my wife for dinner and we ordered as a starter mezes plate with pita bread ( pita bread is not homemade ) and taste is not good. For main we order lamb shank and branzino( is with bones ) I prefer without bones but taste was great .... Lamb shank was amazing ... and last soufle wasn't good I didn't like taste it was look like not homemade either ( I am not sure ) anyway we enjoyed our dinner ..last but at least fake plants are look like cheap ...

We had such a lovely brunch! We were worried about finding a place in our popular 'hood that would not be swamped, so we made a reservation; but this gem was not overcrowded. There were a few dishes I had in mind for brunch, so I asked the waiter which he recommended; he suggested the smoked salmon toast. That was what my friend chose too; and we both lucked out! It was just delicious. Our cappucino also was great. The noise level was perfect—not quiet like a library, but quiet enough to talk. Since the recommendation on the main dish had been solid, we also asked the waiter to help us choose between dessert options. He suggested the tiramisu, and it was great. Because this place was not jam-packed, they let us sit for a while, and we never felt rushed. Lovely ambiance, great food, and reasonable prices. I didn't know this combination existed in W'burg anymore. ; ) Looking forward to coming back.

We came here for valentines day which we had a pre fix menu, it was crowded so it was a little noisy. The food was great and so was the service. We were sitting near the kitchen so I saw the servers just looking at out table trying to take the food away and bring in the next set which was a little annoying. I saw out dessert on side and the waiter was just waiting for us to finish so he can serve since the ice cream was starting to melt. Other then that it was good.

What a fantastic find! Terasa North Ninth manages to fit an acre of atmosphere into a very small space. All the hanging plants and decor made the room feel like a breath of spring in the middle of winter. The food was delicious - I had the lamb shank and my husband had the fettucine, and both were excellent. I had made a special request to sit near the music and we had a prime spot right in front where we could fully enjoy an evening of jazz. Drinks were also above par and I'm very particular about well-made cocktails. We finished things right with a superb espresso martini. I was doubly surprised when we got the bill and it was extremely reasonable for a meal that included appetizers, entrees, dessert and drinks. We will be back!

Had an absolutely amazing time trying this place for restaurant week! Had a great deal which allowed us to explore and try a lot of the menu! Amazing service and ambiance, will definitely be back next time in Brooklyn!

I had a great experience at Terace! The ambiance was perfect—cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was delicious, with everything perfectly prepared and flavorful. On top of that, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly without being overbearing. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

I was just here today, rushing to sit down to take a video work call during lunch time. The waitress was so nice and accommodating even when I had to rush to leave after having a coffee. She told me it was on the house. She made my day and was so sweet. I will definitely be returning to have food and drinks with my husband!! You can’t beat impeccable service.

We wished the service matched the food. Food was wonderful, everything from a burger, soup, salad, and avocado toast. But, the service was not on par with the food. Our waitress seemed annoyed with one modification we made when ordering. Once our food was delivered, we were never attended to by another wait staff, we had to find someone to bring our bill. Glasses went empty, water was out, and no one came to check on our meal or offer additional services, etc. All while the waitress sat at the bar and read her book. Honestly, the most frustrating part of this was that because we were a party of five we had to pay an automatic 20% gratuity. So I guess you can be whatever kind of server you want to be and still take a 20% tip. Poor policy.
