The wine service was unusual, no list, you are asked what you would like and choices would be presented for your approval. No prices, either, I dint look at the check carefully so I don't know what I paid for 2 glasses but based on what we ate, probably $50 or so.

We had a wonderful dinner at Terre! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a warm and cozy atmosphere, authentic and delicious food, and a great wine program. The service was perfect - just enough attention but not overbearing - with a really interesting wine program. No bottles, just BTG. You tell the somm what you like and he will taste you on wines from different regions until you find the one you like. I chose a Garganega from northern Italy that was crisp and minerally, while my husband had a nebbiolo from Piemonte that was rich and redolent of red berries and cherries. Perfect complements to the Cacio pepe (me) and the Amatriciana (hubs) pasta dishes we had.

The food, wine and service was wonderful as always. The choice to have a miked up singer was a hard to have a conversation, bad idea.

One of our favorites in Brooklyn. Love eating "out back". Pasta is wonderful and homemade, and the wines all come from small wineries in Italy and our always changing. Service is very attentive and friendly with the wait staff being very passionate about the entire dining experience.

The place is petite but nice, we had great expectations based on reviews and seeing the line outside. Tables are tiny- not a good or bad thing, just a matter of making it work. We ordered cacio e Pepe and terrele al ragú and we're both disappointed. Being an authentic Italian restaurant I expected great pasta, great flavor and even though the pasta itself feels fresh made- the taste of both was bland. My husband is the easiest person to please and even he commented the meal was “meh”. Not what we expected for the price. Would not visit again. The waitress also forgot out appetizer, we reminded another server and they simply never brought it to the table.

The food was truly amazing. The flight of balsamic vinegar with cheese pairings was a delight tho a bit pricey.

The restaurant is charming and cozy. You are transported to Italy instantly with the warm greeting by the hosts. The standout foods were the crostino, olive oil tasting, the amazing bread, and the pastas. The pesto with shrimp was sublime and the wild boar was perfection. Our server was attentive and we cannot wait to go back. So excited to have a Buon Ricordo restaurant in the US.

Opentable Diner

A disappointment. Yes, it was Mother's Day and we should have known better, but we were not prepared for sitting in a narrow passageway with families coming in and out. Our cold antipasto featured supermarket mozzarella, a tasteless green paste that claimed to be pesto and a couple of undistinguished anchovies. Our pasta course was also cold. The ragu was tasteless and the papardelle were much too thick. The wine tasting was impossible to judge since the server poured a second sample into the remainder of the first.

Food was amazing. The hospitality was very personal and informative and treated us like we were family. On top of that the ambience was immaculate, thoughtful, with creative interior design with an old time feel. The food was absolutely delicious as well and moderately priced!

Delicious homemade pasta, some of the best that I have had. I recommend the restaurant for the quality of the food and the excellent service. The wine starts at $18 a glass, which is too expensive for my taste.

Great ambiance, quiet and felt like in a small Italian town. Rustic with great wine and knowledgeable staff

Terre is a great neighborhood Italian spot. Reliably friendly and delicious. Perfect for what it is.

Overall a good experience, however, there is no wine list and unless you ask the price of each glass/bottle you have no idea of the price. I would suggest more transparency on their part.
