Just an all around good vibe and good place to eat. No over the top pretentious stuff.
Curious to come back and try some other dishes

Great spot
Nice restaurant, good pasta. It smelled a little weird where we sat near the bathrooms.

Just came for a glass of wine before dinner. Reasonable wine choices by the glass. But my order of “focaccia” turned out to be regular Italian bread.

I ate here like four months ago and I still think about it all the time. Amazing food, lovely staff and so memorable that I’m still thinking about the food. Keep doing what you’re doing 🙏 be back soon.

Intimate, relaxed, dependably delicous, and well-priced. A neighborhood standby, yet good enough to be a destination.

Just dined here this evening and it was delicious! Pasta was fresh and portions were on point and bountiful. Our service was perfect and we were gifted a little limoncello at the close of our meal, so nice. A+++! We will be returning. Yum!

I’m so happy to have found another spot for gluten free pasta! The food and service were great in a cozy atmosphere. We ate on the lovely side patio. We will be back!

It was really good wine with generous pours and delicious fresh pasta, but tiramisu was a little heavy. Service and atmosphere are perfect though

Used to love Il Passatore until they unfortunately closed down. They reopened as Testo, which has an amazing menu and wine selection!

We randomly stumbled upon this cozy Italian spot—and the first thing that caught our eye? Happy hour every day from 5–7 PM!
Here’s what we tried:
COZZE IN PADELLA – Sautéed PEI mussels. We went with the spicy tomato sauce, and it did not disappoint—rich, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. A must-order!
PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA E MELONE – Cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto with a drizzle of balsamic. This one was just okay for me—the balsamic didn’t quite hit the mark.
TORTELLI DI ZUCCA ALL’OLIO TARTUFATO – Butternut squash tortelli recommended by our server. They looked like little dumplings, and the flavor was beautifully sweet and comforting. Highly recommend!
TIRAMISU – Decent taste with a lovely presentation, though I’ve had better.
Overall, a great find! I’d definitely come back to explore more of their pasta dishes.

The food is authentic, everything they make is delicious! The servers and staff are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. One of my ultimate favorite dishes is the strozzapreti.

Testo is a solid neighborhood staple, love that it’s slightly off the beaten path, and always consistent with quality. The setting works for any occasion, especially breakfast or lunch since it’s so unassuming. The Chianti is great, and the service is always friendly and helpful. Definitely a go-to if you’re nearby.
