This is by far the worst location that I've ever attended. I went with my mom on our way home to grab something, as we had been out most of that day. The cashier didn't greet us, nor did he confirm our orders. He also didn't tell us our total price and didn't offer any sauces. When we received our orders, there was no sauce or silverware in the bags AT ALL. He told my mom that she couldn't switch the sauce that came with the order and didn't off us our receipts. The side that I ordered(mashed potatoes) came completely liquid, which I didn't find out until we were already 7-10 minutes away from the location— also containing chunks at the bottom. Not only was his service horrible, but the food was not even decent or completely edible.

When I went there the spot was chill. The chicken was freshly cooked and tasty. Biscuit, fresh. Got a good deal with the 4 for $5.

Came last Saturday and ordered 3 spicy wings , which was great.-Went back on a Sunday afternoon and made the same order. This time, the cashier reported that they do not have wings. I reported that I would wait in which she "pretended" to ask the manager if there were wings. She asked...he never responded and continued his Convo with the cook (in another language). She turned to me and said "he said no". I was so confused as he never responded......or even looked her way. I laughed played stupid and walked off.-Last night I tried to make the same order....and was told they were "out". I said I would wait in which the cashier told me they were "sold out". I mentioned "I wanted to place a large order of 15".MAGICALLY, He immediately reported they could do it and they had wings all of a sudden.I expressed confusion... stating that it seemed that they have wings only if it's a large order? I also reported the pattern I noticed (tried the theory twice....first was a no to my order then a magic yes when I pretended to want to do a large order for friends".Of course, they were upset with my aha moment...Needless to say, I went home with 4 wings , not spicy and the wrong side order ....(one being half cooked inside)I tried to call the restaurant immediately after, as I highly felt this was done intentionally based on my respectful inquiry .I will be returning for my $9.43 cents back.

Their spicy chicken is great. the only problem is that sometimes, when you get their they don't make enough chicken, and you're stuck with pieces of chicken that you don't like thighs non spicy chickenYou have to wait 10 minutes all the time even when they are not busy. Strange ? approach they haveMash Potatoe and coleslaw mediocreCorn on cob is goodLastly Their bottle drinks are over price 4 dollars for coke or ginger aleWorst thing to do is order take out they never seem to get it rightAlso they never make enough chicken breast they force customers to settle for thighs leg wingThis is a prime example of poor management
