All seats were occupied- indicating a good experience. Chicken is flavorful and different from Popeyes or kfc. Fries are okay, biscuits are buttery soft

I made an online order through Tex’s app. It said pick up was in 10 mins. I come a bit later. They said 5-10 mins longer. I wait 10 more mins. They start taking the order after I wait 20 mins and then states 10 more mins. If I wanted to wait half an hour for my food to start prepping. I would’ve went to a restaurant not a fast food chain. Really disappointed. Didn’t let me cancel the order either. Worst experience so far at a fast food chain.

I order first time but my experience was very bad food was very cold and too much late deliver to me

Terrible customer service they’re so unprofessional. I went there more than five time, but every day is the same . overall, this is horrible. We went there. I was standing my number was going through, but they’re making more than that so this is so disappointing.

Man they always in a rush to finish your order don’t matter if they do it well last week I got tenders with fries and when I opened the box there was oil inside more then fries idk what they putting on spicy tenders it’s just too oily and all over the place and let’s not even talk about there services which is even worse once I placed an order of 2 meals and asked the cashier for mayo dude gave me one pack and called it a day I asked for another one bro was like pay few cents more it got me tight and told the dude to keep that one as well or else they gonna run out of business it wasn’t even about money it’s about what he was giving me compare to the food I got like one mayo for 2 meals seriously

Service is terrible cashiers do not greet or even speak to you just stare at you. Also do not take ordered properly, asked if I wanted to add a drink I said no and still charged me for a drink then no apology for HER mistake just handed me 1.50 mind you I paid with card. Very rude and nasty customer service. Chicken can be cooked a little more fries are good not worth the hassle of the nasty attitudes.
-also lack of cleanliness of the tables every where has chicken crumbs!

You guys need more people…

The food was very standard. Temp wasn't fresh as in hot the heat lamp kept it warm. Parking is a pain in this area, so pick up and go is the move. Service was fine and the building was clean.

my experience at texas is always bad wont be coming here no more you guys have losed a customer i came yesterday all the way from island to try out your guys food because there was a deal by one get one free so i decided to come but the girl that was standing to take our order she didn’t even say hi she said YES like this is so rude and she said it in a way like she doesn’t want ti take my order i know you are tired but u cannot talk to us customers like this i only asked her to get the deal by one get one free shes like u can only do it online but she was lieing we can do it in stores to so i do not know what she us talking about these crew members especially the girls need to have some manners
