Delicious food and great friendly service. I call once a month with a special fish order and they always get it right. I’m up by metropolitan with other options near me but I always drive to them for the perfect meal.

Ordered the lunch special set--the veggie spring rolls, chicken Pad Thai, and Thai iced milk tea hit the spot. The food was really good as any good Thai place is, so I got what I expected. The milk tea was a bit on the sweet side, but lately, a lot of things have been getting too sweet for me.
Anyway, the restaurant is not a dimly lit restaurant vibe. It's more like a to-go place with places to sit if you need to. But I wanted to eat good Thai food, not look for a nice atmosphere, so I'm a happy customer.
A notable part of my visit was the customer service. I was greeted by a man who knows how to make the customer feel welcome.

I cannot express how disappointed I am. I've been coming here since day one, but for some reason the last 4 times I've ordered the Pad Thai with beef spicy and it's sweet. I literally specified I wanted it spicy, I said if you cannot make it spicy please tell me and I won't order it. No problem, I'll make it spicy. It's not spicy, it's dry, and the beef super hard. Done with this place.

Every meal I’ve gotten from here is always fresh and delicious. Also so happy they serve sticky rice with mango. The lady at the front who takes the order is always so friendly. Overall 10/10 for great Thai cuisine.

It doesn't smell like Thai here. feature of Thai cuisine CORIANDER, and lemon grass we didn’t see this in more than one dish, and when we asked, they told us that they don’t use it)) Looks more like Chinese cuisine. The establishment is small and when you eat, people with backpacks will come to take away food - all this will happen before your eyes..

Fantastic hidden gem of a thai restaurant!Extremely well-lit, clean, and orderly appearing the moment you walk in. This probably isn't the ideal setting if you're looking for a "restaurant style experience", but there are several small tables you can sit down to eat at. It seems the majority of the business is take-out.I have ordered several times in recent weeks. And the food was delicious! I tend to order the spring rolls, as an appetizer, and my favorite dish, Kee Mao with Chicken (this is often known as "Drunken Noodles") as my main course. I have also tried the Pad Thai, and a few other items on the menu.Absolutely tasty, hits the spot, reasonable pricing, and super-quick.One other thing.. and this is the most important; outstanding, incredibly pleasant customer service. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and was thanked very sincerely as I received my order....with a smile. This means alot to me, and helps me decide where to spend my money. They deserve it here.If you're used to ordering Chinese Take-out all the time, and want a real change of pace, make the switch! Give Thai Tai a try!
