I've been ordering food on Sunday mornings for years. Today my order was lighter as compared to past orders so they cancelled the order after keeping us waiting for over an hour. That's a horrible way to treat an old customer. I will never do business with them again!

Bad bagel!! Ordered a bunch of bagel sandwiches with friends. Also an orange juice and smoothie. We literally all were questioning if we had Covid because there was so little flavor in any of the items. Bad bagel!!!

Order to go , nothing was correct my bagel was cold when I asked to be toasted all the add ons were missing! called the store and didn’t get a new one delivered a guy who speaks Spanish just told me to fix everything with DoorDash with some attitude! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN IN THIS STORE !
