A local deli owned and operated by the sweetest people. I stopped by to grab a bite to eat after visiting the library a block away. The Beach Deli is located on a fairly quiet stretch of Gerritsen Ave, and luckily stocks a variety of snacks and freshly prepared foods. I picked up a pastrami sandwich ($11) which I thought was a little pricey considering the same sandwich I got a week earlier in Prospect Heights was only $9. But, they did pack the pastrami in and the staff were super friendly so I won't hold it against them. Note: They do take Apply Pay but there is a $8 minimum.

Ok so as the reviews say the food is good & fresh. Today we ordered the cheeseburger deluxe medium rare. It was so good I called the deli to tell them how good it is. Also the owners are very nice & welcoming

The Beach Deli is such a gem in little ole Gerritsen. Owned and operated by what seems to be one of the nicest families, they truly make me feel welcomed every time. Only have had their ice coffees and BEC on an everything and the Hangover and it was all delicious! Thanks for making my mornings off to a great start!

Great deli. The owner is amazing. The staff is great. Food always fresh and great. They have everything in here even slushes. You can never go wrong getting food here. They even have a riddle of the day by the deli. My only complaint is they close at 8 lol i wish it was later. I rather give them money then ho to keyfood. They have fresh rolls, donuts and make great egg sandwiches in the morning too.
