I walked for a bit in the snow to get to this small garage-looking entrance. Without the OPEN sign I wouldn't have noticed. The staff are minimal, and the decor is just industrial, but I managed to get a few biscuits to go. They are very good biscuits and worth the journey even with the 5-hour/week window.

20/10! Absolutely banging biscuits. The sausage gravy made me find God (again)! Treat yourself and buy a dozen! Great place and people. Cheers!

Brooklyn Biscuit Company stands for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I haven't even sunk my teeth into what I'm sure will send me flying into another dimension of buttery deliciousness and pure drool, but I just had to take a moment to share my experience with ordering during the nuttiest time of the year (Thanksgiving). First the communication via their instagram page was seamless, whomever was on the other side of the platform made me feel like a valued customer responding within 24 hrs and being extra accommodating as I navigated my online order and pick up dates. That's not all folks...on my way to pick up the order a divine queen named Elizabeth not only gave me a heads up that the store was closing shortly but also called me directly...AND IT GETS EVEN BETTER... there was no way my mom was getting to the shop in under one minute so she waited for her....I repeat she waited for my mom for an hour then warmly greeted her then assisted with directions to safely return home as the neighborhood was unfamiliar. All of this took place the day before Thanksgiving. I'm a first time customer and I can't thank the BBC enough for how they cared for us and I can't wait to share their biscuits with my entire family! I now know an extra place and person I will be thankful for when saying grace this year<3

As a Southerner, I can confidently say these are the best biscuits I’ve ever had. The cashier recommended the goat cheese and black pepper biscuit and they didn’t steer me wrong — it was unexpected and full of flavor while being perfectly fluffy. I also got the lemon blueberry, which was packed with blueberries and topped with a light glaze. I highly recommend biking here on a Saturday morning and trying a few of the flavors, you won’t be sorry.

Nothing like fluffy, fresh warm biscuits!They have a rotating selection of savory & sweet biscuit along with other products (like City Saucery) made in the same building. Not to mention the friendly customer service!My favorites were the peach biscuit ? (sweet but so good!) and the cheddar & onion. They also have a variety of biscuits & gravy.What a find! Worth the trip to Red Hook. Make a day of it! I went before an Ikea trip!

Amazing Biscuits and Gravy!

Amazing biscuits! So incredibly fresh, fluffy and buttery. Wish we could get them delivered tho! The are is a bunch of warehouses and mechanics, but definitely worth the trip

Delicious, innovative flavors (which rotate with the seasons). Friendly people and great service. It is nice being able to see where your food comes from, and this spot doesn't disappoint - can't beat a cheddar jalapeño biscuit straight out of the oven! Mmmm.

Stumbled across this store in Red Hook. Elizabeth serves hot biscuits from her store front at 24 Commerce Street on Saturday mornings. Biscuits were amazing so we started ordering for curbside pick up. We’ve since learned that she posts on the window when the next batch comes out of the oven!! We can’t get enuf!

Brooklyn Biscuit Company is a hidden Gem in Red Hook. Their flavor combinations are amazingly creative and so flakey. My #1 biscuit!

I can't believe this place exists! LOVE these biscuits. Jalapeno-cheddar, everything spice, goat cheese-black pepper are my faves.
