If you have a problem with the food, the owner will come and not listen to your comment. She will defend the cook no matter the case, which may infuriate you as a customer. If you ask her to go away or get frustrated with her lack of accommodation, she will victimize herself, creating a scene as an excuse to not accommodate you as the customer.Ownership obviously does not put the customer first. Businesses fail this way. Also - not enough parking - I would not bring a nice car to park here AND the parking lot is on an extremely dangerous corner for pulling in/out.Food/service not worth the risk.Overall: Disappointing.
Parking: Rough/Bad
Ordered online when it said the place was open, paid for my food and everything. Said it was accepted, being prepared. I go for pickup, the place isn’t open. Tried to call to see what was going on, their phone doesn’t work. Just keeps ringing and ringing or goes straight to busy. Now i have to dispute with my bank. Extremely unprofessional, please take your money elsewhere.
I order rice with griot. The lady said on the phone it’ll come in a big plate. I was super excited.. my Uber eat came up to 27 dollars. I beg the young woman to make sure that I get enough meat with my order. however, I received my order and opened the plate of food . It was full of rice and a little bit of griot on the side , like literally 8 pieces with 4 of them being fat. The griot fast nasty and the one little sauce I had wasn’t enough for the full plate of rice. I was shocked and thought maybe there’s some meat underneath, but there wasn’t. I couldn’t believe it. I will never ever order from them again.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Parking: Many spots
The food was not authentic, I don't understand the reason they have to do that to customers looking for authentic foods from different countries and end up getting another version,.Not sure of the reasons but, please serve what you claim, authenticity is key to attracting customers.
