I had such a lovely experience. I wish there were more places like this, beautifully decorated, the food blew my mind, I can’t believe I didnt come in sooner.

I ordered takeout from here last week and it was great! The chicken schnitzel was amazing. Definitely a hidden gem in the area.

The look of the place is quite nice and the service was average, but the pricing for quality of food is pretty bad. For chicken and waffles, the chicken had an overwhelming oil taste and the waffles are like hotel waffles which wasn’t worth the $18. Also the drip coffee was $5 per person for a small cup with no refills offered which is way to much in my opinion. I would skip this place for brunch.

Walked by this place a hundred times before finally coming in, but glad we did! Came for brunch this morning and the menu is a bit diverse. We had Mexican style molletes (beans and pico de gallo on toast with a fried egg on top) which was declious. And the mushroom and cheese omelette was honestly one of the best omelettes I’ve had. So soft and buttery. Also had a nice cocktail list but we just had coffee today. For a nice sit down brunch was decently priced at less than $30 a person. We will be coming back to try out the drinks next time!
Come for the vibes and stay for the food - amazing chicken parm and you can order it with gluten free pasta if you need. Five stars all around.

The buttery bar pancakes are something special. A special sweet treat. The pancakes are made with their signature almond + poppyseed blend, cinnamon apples, whipped cream, maple syrup & butter ? They are fire. I rejoiced in every bite, and you should too if you get the opportunity.Vibe is 10/10 if you’re the type of person who enjoys tasteful decor and an 80’s rock and roll kind of sound ???

I’ve been here for brunch and trivia night. Both times, food and drinks were delicious. The staff are so kind, accommodating, and prompt in their service. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the love for books is palpable. Will be returning!

Love the space and the food is pretty great - loved the shrimp and grits. It’s a small place tho which can lead to delays in getting a table / food. Servers do a good job dealing with this.

Super amazing to be seated at 9:50pm, shown the menu, which includes food, be ghosted for 20 minutes, and then be told the kitchen is closed when you have to go up to the bar to get someone’s attention. Communication is awesome and so 20th-century, apparently.

Such a cute and cozy vibe and the veggie burger was the best I've ever had. Will definitely be making this my neighborhood spot!

I love this place so much. The care that the staff takes to make us feel welcome was so genuine and easy. I came in for a quick glass of wine, and stayed for food (and more wine). I will definitely be back!
