this place feels like home when i don't wanna stay at home. i feel too much gratitude for the evergreen to even put into words. the greatest corner of Bushwick i ever accidentally stumbled upon, and now that i have, i don't see myself straying any further. highly recommend for a night out, a quick drink, or if you want a taste of what real nyc once was like! thank you 🙏💖🍻
The Evegreen is the quintessential neighborhood/dive bar. It’s not only a place where one goes to have a drink… albeit that might be one’s initial Intention… however, you quickly realize that the patrons are neighborhood regulars. What a cute find! Little dive bar in a quiet part of Bushwick, about a 10 minute walk from Wilson Av L train stop. The bartender is super nice, drinks are very reasonably priced, and I love the fact that they have arcade games and shuffleboard. The regulars there were also super nice and welcoming :)
