Very organized, huge variety, and clean.

Do not buy any of the freshly packaged foods - twice I brought home items that were already spoiled

Yummy fresh food there.

Zero star for lousy service including from managers day and night. And to top it all off, too expensive not to walk a block away to a better shopping experience.

The service of this supermarket is really terrible. We live nearby and often come here to buy things. Is this how you treat your customers? Since you set up a recycling station, your machine broke down a few days ago. Today, when I passed by after get off work, I saw that the machine was working properly. I went home and brought the mineral water bottles I collected. In a few seconds, the machine was full. I asked the staff to deal with it. He didn't care how big the bag was and just pulled down the shutter door and told me that it was closed. Is this how you provide service?

There is a nice selection of produce, fish, and cheeses. I find this store to be very expensive to rely on for weekly groceries. The cashiers often aren't able to identify the produce I have but they will never accept my word for what it is and how much it costs and they will need to go to the produce aisle and check themselves for something as cheap as a dollar per pound. Also, sale prices are often missing from the register but when I report the sale price it causes some conflict with them and they never adjust it to the sale price it was listed at citing one reason or another every time. I don't know if cashiers get some percentage of every sale or what else could be causing them to be overly vigilant over my shopping but it feels excessive. This is really annoying overall so I prefer to shop somewhere with more sensible customer service when I can.

To the Staff Members,

This is the third time I am experiencing bad service here, not just the first or second. Especially today, during the Tuesday shift around 2 PM, I encountered an issue with a young man wearing a Brooklyn Market t-shirt and a beige hat. In my last experience, I noticed he was rude and didn't greet me, which I initially brushed off as him having a bad day.

Today, a non-colored lady left her items on the belt to fetch something else. He allowed another customer to check out his groceries, but when the lady returned, he pointed at me and said she was here first and he would check her out next. Really? Use your f-ing words instead of pointing. It comes off as very rude.

Managers need to teach these young cashiers how to respect every customer who walks in. I am not asking for a favor; I am paying for my goods like everyone else. If you have a problem with people of color, keep it to yourself and don't let it affect your job performance in a public environment.

Great variety of market foods.

Nicely laid out supermarket. Wonderful assortment of freshly made breads, rolls, & hero bread made daily in their ovens. Some items a bit high in price. They have a tie in with Foodtown.
