Every time I go here I tell them half and half for iced coffee and they always put milk. I ask them to actually melt the sugar in the iced coffee and it never is.
Today I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and the guy handed me a raisin bagel with butter.
To top it off multiple of my female friends had been found on Facebook by the workers here after using their credit card to buy food.

My bill was $30.16 I have no problem spending money, but can the bread at least be fresh, and customers receive what they pay for?
When I started discussing the price with the seller, he pointed to the price list on the back .
I have to find a new stop coz it’s not logic to spent 30$ for breakfast ( sandwich and coffee&water ) My visit was today morning Aug 24 , 2025 .
Almost 3 years working at same area , I have never seen such a terrible rise in prices and such a way of dealing with sellers .

Disgusting, and all about the money. I purchased 2 honey turkey and cheese sandwiches with onions, and asked for vinegar. I had already left the establishment by the time I realized a mix of oil and vinegar was added instead of just vinegar (not my first time ordering). My bill was $20.38. I have no problem spending money, but can the bread at least be fresh, and customers receive what they pay for? I have to find a new stop. Also, that oil and vinegar mix isn't fresh. I went in just to purchase a 1/2 bagels and waited 20 minutes before I was served. Seems the store needs someone to be at the register to take orders, which may speed up the wait. The bagels were good.

This place sucks it’s 12 o’clock and they don’t have plain bagels ever. This is my third time going in the last month and they never have plain bagels. It’s sad you’re a bagel store.

The food is good. My biggest complaint is that every time i go here the prices are different as if they just make it up in their head. I would rather go somewhere else for what i order. Plus it's overpriced
I love this place, it’s really good but one issue the staff legit needs to write down orders because I order every week and at least 1/2 the orders are wrong. Really really good food though. Big fan of the everything bagels. PS if u go right when they open bagels are hot but make sure u write ur order on a post it note otherwise they will prob get it wrong.
I order a ham and cheese hot on a roll with chipotle mayo and half the time it’s a completely different sandwich like today they served me a egg and cheese hot with chipotle mayo how they got egg and cheese from ham and cheese IDEK

This morning on November 17 at 8 am, I took my nephew there who visited from California. I waited in the car and he enter to buy a bagel before I drop him off to the airport . I noticed people who entered after him came out quickly. I was wondering what happened as he approached me upset . He said a worker who uses the cap backward took his order . As worker went to grab the bagel my nephew as if he can wear a glove because he noticed him take money from previous customer. The worker with backward cap got upset and l kept him waiting 15 minutes . As my nephew gave him the money as he waited the worker return the money back . My nephew said absolutely nothing to worker and left upset .
I as a New Yorker who buys there I felt so was upset in the worst way . How do you treat customers like that ? NYC grades store owners for cleanliness and hygiene. Worst part is the I have seen other workers wear a glove to grab the bagel and take it off to receive the money . Don’t know what happened to the worker with the backward cap .
Our family loss two men during the year 2020 . Father and son who died from COVID. We have become so careful about virus because our family is small .
