One of the worst places I have ever tried. Bad juice, wasn’t as described in the menu, I ordered the funkytown smoothie and all I tasted was the Cold brew colombe was no taste of bananas, cocoa or any of the other ingredients

The juice is decent but overpriced. So are the shots. Not very filling either. It’s nice for a tear in a while I guess.

Wish my fish was cooked.. especially since i emphasized that i needed it to be cooked… staff was more concerned with blasting music and side conversations….

Juices are good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️however the service ⭐️⭐️⭐️is horrible. You can be on the line forever waiting to be serviced. If you decide to go be prepared for no line but definitely a wait.

Beware they change the expiration dates on there pre-made juices. I had a drink that tasted super sour and gave me a stomach ache but didn’t realize what it was initially. Refrigerated the juice for later which that night I saw the whole bottle bloated and that morning I could smell the acid and see the mold build up. They wouldn’t give me a refund since I paid with card but compensated with two water bottles since I was not going to exchange for another bad drink.

They seem short staff all the time. Maybe that's the reason why they keep forgetting to put the extras in my acai bowl. Twice they forgot my pineapple and not sure if they gave me the orange juice or not. word to the wise.....if ordering online check your order before you leave. Giving you a 4 because there isn't a 3.5 to give. 3 strikes your out.....

Acai bowl did not come with all the ingredients on the list and the taste is awful. Threw it away!

A few minutes ago, I had the opportunity to buy a smoothie at this place. The cashier told me it was around $9.25 including taxes; I'm not sure of the exact amount. I was focused on my phone and didn't sign or add any tip (please keep this in mind). A few minutes later, I received a notification on my phone charging me $11.08. While I was doing this, I looked up and saw the other person working with the cashier signing and adding the tip (I saw it). (I attach a photo of the receipt). My immediate reaction was to ask the cashier for the receipt; she gave it to me, and I said, "Why do I have a charge of $11.08 when you told me it was $9.25?" She said, "I don't know; I don't know what you're talking about. I have no control over that, blah blah." Then I said, "I saw your colleague signing for me and adding the tip WITHOUT asking me." She obviously got defensive, and the other person started telling me she didn't know what I was talking about, that I was crazy, and that she hadn't done anything. My question is: why do people commit these acts of dishonesty? They lie to my face when I saw the situation, and indiscriminately add a tip without the customer's authorization. For me, this is a very delicate situation. I am posting this message here so EVERYONE who wants to buy here knows about my experience, and I honestly wouldn't return to this place. It's not about the $2.00; it's about their actions, about what led her to indiscriminately add the tip. I feel angry and robbed.

I ordered a tuna bowl and it was horrible, the rice was very hard, it almost knocked my tooth out. Furthermore, at 7 at night they no longer had any ingredients and they didn't tell me anything, they sold it to me and when they handed it to me it only had tuna rice, avocado and chipotle, all the other ingredients they simply didn't add. The girl who helped me was extremely rude. Also, it is too expensive in relation to the quality. The place is extremely dirty. It's a disgusting place, never go.
