Early in the morning, THE MINCHIES had an expectation that things would go smoothly, but when the BOOS asked if I could wait for 20 minutes, I almost walked out. Just when I was ready to leave, he asked what I wanted and suggested they could make my food without interfering with the inspector. I really respected that, this experience with the BOOS showed a level of professionalism that’s impressive and rare. It’s moments like these that highlight why someone like him is successful...
