Best ice cream ever but they made so many changes that honestly kind of suck! You used to be able to get 2 flavors with any size and now you’re limited to one. If you want 2 flavors, you have to pay more! They also stopped offering kids sizes. Currently looking for a new spot in the neighborhood :/. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

I have been visiting this ice cream shop on and off for about three years and have noticed that the service and quality of this shop has declined. Other reviewers’ complaints on the rude staff is true. I also experienced dismissive attitudes from the workers. This appears not to be an isolated incident, but a trend across the shop.

The most disappointing part of my visit recently was the ice cream itself. I ordered one scoop of cookies and cream ice cream on a waffle cone and could not have regretted purchasing it soon enough. The ice cream served here lacks in quality and tastes as though flour was added to the mixture, making the ice cream have a “floury” and un-cooked batter like consistency rather than a creamy one. Given the risen prices of ice cream per scoops and cones & cup selections, the ice cream here does not justify its cost.

It is unfortunate to see a business that had potential lose its appeal due to issues that seem entirely preventable with better workplace management and quality control.

Rudest staff that act like it’s the biggest inconvenience that you’re in their business. You come in with a good mood and leave in a bad one! Just go someplace else.

Tried the Banana pudding ice cream

One of the best ice cream deals in the city is now one of the worst: you used to get two flavors for the price of a kiddie size, $6ish. Now you get one, and a kiddie size costs $8.17.

Do NOT come here! New management is ruining the value. 8 dollars for a one scoop small!! Insult to injury: I was waiting in line as management was literally training staff to dole out smaller scoops!
I get that the neighborhood is what it is, but still so little ice cream for such a high price is terrible. Never coming back unless something gives.

I have a sweet tooth and couldn't wait to try this place. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. Melanie served me, and she was nice. I tried a bunch of ice cream flavors, and I went with:

- Cookie au lait with brownie bites oreo chunk whipped cream
- Death by Chocolate Hot Chocolate (marshmallow fluff, Graham crackers, chocolate drizzle, and gold flakes)

I really loved the ice cream, and the hot coco was good but super sweet for the sweet lovers. All in all, I had a good experience!

The staff are fantastic! The ice cream is out of this world!

I have never felt like such a bother for wanting to order food in my entire life. Rudest staff, on their phones and talking and had to ask them to help us - I normally don’t care but this was absurd. Barely spoke to use and acted like we ruined their day.
