Gentrified, overpriced tacos. If it's $10 they'll charge your card $13 for 2 undersized tacos that could easily add up to 1. Go to a taco cart or an actual Mexican restaurant in Jackson Heights, Sunset Park or Bushwick & you'll see the difference in quality & portion size to the ratio of money spent.
I'd try to support local but this is an insult to the cuisine itself. Where do they get 30% tax on a $10 order?

The sign caught my eye as another place using black and white like Taco Bell, but then I wondered if it could be a date spot. It was so good! We sat outside with really good drinks and even better tacos. So happy it jumped out at me

I came with a couple of my friends to celebrate one of their’s birthday! Lica was very attentive and although I didn’t get the bartender’s name, she was very nice too! I will always come back to Taco Bar!

I love coming here! Especially for happy hour on my walk home from work. The bartenders are SO friendly and the main reason I came back in the first place because they made me feel so welcome and were so inviting ! The drinks are delicious and so is the food 😇

Me & my homegirl went here. I loved the food and the service was nice. However, adding a 20% gratuity to a party more than 1 & not telling people is crazy work. So if you go here, pay attention to your bill! They will not tell you but I will!!
*So, the owner responded to my review. If it was on the menu about the gratuity, I did not see it & I feel the servers should still let the customers know just in case. What if the service doesn't deserve 20%? Also, a dog was allowed in there the night we went. And it wasn't a service dog.
