Me & my homegirl went here. I loved the food and the service was nice. However, adding a 20% gratuity to a party more than 1 & not telling people is crazy work. So if you go here, pay attention to your bill! They will not tell you but I will!!
*So, the owner responded to my review. If it was on the menu about the gratuity, I did not see it & I feel the servers should still let the customers know just in case. What if the service doesn't deserve 20%? Also, a dog was allowed in there the night we went. And it wasn't a service dog.

I think this type of establishment would grow as a multi-million restaurant/bar lounge cozy with long day at work needing nightcap with a speck of tiny sports catch up caps, if this t business was in a duplicate form of same business yet new gambling hot spot location, example: (taco bar part 2) or whatever you want to call it with a 2 or add on reflection of the business. I think your business is the model and dream of how black owned businesses can really make it in the big city of NY. Your product poses as role model of someone you’ve inspired to create their own. Taco order came out wrong the first time. The serving size for the plantain chips and guac was TINY for ~$12. The plantains were also soggy. If I knew I wouldn’t have ordered it.
The tacos were okay. Food took a long time to come out and we were two of six people eating there.

This was a super cute and chic Caribbean and Latin fusion restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our server, Gabby frequently checked in on us to ensure that we were satisfied and everything was to our liking. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were delicious. This spot is a nice gem within the neighborhood.
