First impressions are supposed to be the best, I wasn’t impressed at all. For starters the cashier told me she “didn’t have exact change” after taking my money, ok that’s fine but she shorted me a whole dollar & some cents (when you tell a customers you don’t have exact change or pay with exact change that usually means coins). My other problem was receiving room temperature food it was good just wish it was actually hot. Don’t see myself coming here again.

I heard so much about this place that I had to try it and it's worth it. First, the atmosphere is welcoming. It's very intimate and gives comfortable restaurant vibes. The service is beyond exceptional. The moment I walked in, I was given a menu of what they served along with the best sellers. The food...... To die for. I got a fried chicken sandwich and fried chicken tenders along with the best seller fries, FILLY LUV. The size of the sandwich was big and the amount of fries and chicken tenders can fill you up. The prices are decent for what you're getting. There aren't enough stars to rate my experience but it's more than 5. The only problem I have is that it's voted as the best fried chicken sandwich in Brooklyn when it should be voted the BEST in NYC. This is a must visit location for fried chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders and I'll be making another visit to try the other items I didn't get to try.

This is one of my new favorite spots, I definitely recommend! 💯 I was there for the recent matcha pop up and it was soo delicious, the atmosphere and space inside is really nice too and the service was great

Unfortunately the food has declined compared to the previous times purchased. I ordered the Filly Luv and the sweet chili poppers. The Filly Luv barely had sauce throughout the chicken and the fries had minimal white sauce on them. The amount of chicken received was not the similar amount received from the recent past. Same with the sweet chili poppers. My daughter who had the poppers before asked where the sauce and chili bits were (the sauce and chili bits were barely visible compared to before). The taste for both orders has also declined and tasted bland and was too crispy - which was extremely disappointing. So sorry to put this review; but I have to be honest that the sauce distribution on the chicken and fries has gotten cheap. One thing customers look for in food are consistency in taste and consistency in portions. Please do better; especially since Friday and Saturday days - should be the best cooks there, compared to throughout the week. I went on a Friday evening.

Great chicken and fries. I love a thicker fry that is still nice and crispy.
My one nit pick is about the boba. The boba is agar boba i believe (different from regular boba in texture) which i wasnt expecting and i wish there was an option for less sweetness (only options are no sweet or extra sweet). Other than that great spot!

A small 20z cup of juice is $7. This is outrageous
375 chicken serves the same exact style food(& tastes the SAME) for less than what they cost here at filly luv
