Hit or Miss, Saved by Crème Brûlée So, we finally checked out this spot after hearing so much hype, but man, it was a rollercoaster. Not a ton of gluten-free options, which was a bummer. And let's talk about timing – our water and drinks arrived late, and the food was just meh. But hey, the vibes were cool, and thank goodness for the crème brûlée! Seriously, that dessert single-handedly bumped up their rating. Without it, we might've given them the dreaded one-star treatment. Step up your GF accommodation it's 2024. If this is the 'fancy' option in town. Stick to the village for any upscale cravings!

food was p good but the staff asked if we were finished while we were eating and one guy was desperately upselling the mocktails and mimosas. i was having digestive issues from the food but maybe that’s just me :) very rich food. decor was cool

Dinner was served too quickly. Drinks should come out BEFORE dinner. Chicken Milanese was tasty but heavily breaded and fried. Shouldn't it be pan seared? Chocolate bread pudding had no chocolate. Waitress was lovely. The complementary champagne for Valentines Day was a nice touch. And comping the bread pudding due to the lack of chocolate was the right thing to do. It was very empty. That detracted from the experience. There were more employees than customers. With improvements I would recommend Arco and go back. But until I hear better things, probably not

Place is a dump. Had money stolen from my room. Ultra hipster staff could t care less. I think it’s in their job requirement to seem uninterested. You work at the hotel. You don’t own it. You’re not that important.

I booked a table at the restaurant a couple of months ago on Open Table. One week before the reservation they called to tell me they booked a party in there and could only serve us food at the bar. We accepted that offer. Two days before the reservation they called again and said they wanted to make sure we knew they could only serve us dinner at the bar. We said it's okay. One day before the reservation they called again and said you can still come in and eat at the bar but you need to be out by 8:30. Our reservation was for 6:30 so we said that's fine. We had no alternate reservations in town. We arrived at 6:30 and they sat us at the bar to eat. The MANAGER comes over and says you can't eat here we have a party coming. We told him the exact communications that were given to us and he could care less! We were then left stranded and could not find a reservation anywhere so we ended up eating from a food truck. Never go to this hotel or restaurant. They lied and were totally unprofessional and rude! I'd give them NO stars if it was an option.

We had the bucatini pasta, chicken croquetas, the ‘nduja pizza, and fries. The pasta was flavorless, I had to add a bit of salt to eat it, the pizza didn't taste fresh, the sausage was hard and the sauce was spicy and sweet. The chicken croquetas were tasty and the fries were great. We also ordered a glass of Pinot Noir, because they didn't have the Malbec. Our server was sweet and attentive, but the food wasn't great. They can improve their main dishes. It's our first time in Brooklyn and we wish we had gone somewhere else with better food.

Over priced undercooked raw hamburgers. I was wondering why on a Saturday during dinner time it was empty. I now know why.

My partner and I had a holiday morning brunch and got seating really easily. The menu is short, but it's well curated and has something for everyone. I liked the herb omelette very much; the flavor was good without being greasy. The side salad was also very nicely dressed. The eggs Benedict was also solid. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. The side of bacon was large and could be split. The vibe is trendy, but there were still some kiddos and families eating here. Don't forget to look up!Our waiter was attentive enough - pretty average.Decent option for brunch in the area.

I Was there with reservations for 7pm with a party of 8 friends on a Sunday evening for dinner.I had passed thru a year ago to attend a candlelight concert also held at this Williamsburg Hotel location and it was so lively and Buzzed in the restaurant/bar area that I was excited to return, so I was surprised and somewhat disappointed to arrive on Sunday evening and there be less than 5 ppl around the entire time!We began to order drinks from the drink menu which was not very appealing for the most part. I ordered the only high moon hard seltzer on the menu and they didn't have THAT ONE ! I was offered something else by High Moon but that wasn't on the 'DRINK MENU' why put select things on the drink menu if you are not going to make sure they are available...We then learned there is a full service bar that would make ANY drink we wanted...well why the awful selections on the drink menu, not even Mojitos are on the drink menu, My friends ordered drinks and were happy with them.On to the food orders- yikes! Again the food menu is very basic salmon, veggie burger, Williamsburger , steak- that's it! 3 of us ordered salmon and they were all overcooked! 2 went back to be corrected for a friend on a strict diet and the other just did not include what it was supposed to.2 STEAKS were ordered - at $54 each! one as a medium request and was delivered Well Done! It had to be REDONE!!! WHY???A STEAK is the most basic thing a chef or cook learns to do well . And not to mention it comes plated in slices !!!! How does that happen? I don't get it! Something is very wrong in the kitchen and sadly it got blamed on the new waitress. Aury... It was not her fault...She doesn't do the cooking!!! The $25 Williamsburger I ordered as medium was very thin and also came out WELL DONE! WHY??? The kitchen needs more training to PERFECT the basic dishes on the menu.Someone needs to approve the orders before they are brought out!!!I'm extremely disappointed with the Restaurant. On a good note - they allowed us to enjoy the rooftop for the last 1/2 he it was opened.GET AN EXPERIENCED COOK. MAKE SURE THEY CAN PERFECT THE BADIC DISHES... SERIOUSLY ?Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger, my friend said it was spicy and ok

Minimal, clean, industrial design. Decent service. Lackluster food—the salmon tasted, frankly, awful—no flavor, overcooked, bland. The vegetables had no seasoning, the cauliflower was tasteless and the greens were overly dusted with red pepper rendering them difficult to eat.I guess they relax on a Tuesday summer night…

Was a very nice place to dine but seems to have changed.. although I made a reservation a month in advance for afternoon tea service, we were told when we arrived that they discontinued doing it the week before
