My friend and I had a horrible experience due to the disrespect of a man asking her to show him her feet & violating her space. When he got aggressive she was very uncomfortable & he received her “No” as disrespect. He grabbed her arm aggressively & threatened her. According to one employee he is there EVERYDAY & a friend of the owner.
Women please be careful. This was on a CASUAL WEDNESDAY.

I had a great time the ambiance the bartender the hostess were all great....All was good with the exception of the fries. I ordered fries which were undercooked. I asked for sliders which came with fries with the specific instruction to make sure they were actually crispy. I got the same soggy greasy ass fries again. I am sure the chef is trying his best but still and all fries are supposed to be crispy.

Used to go to the old bar on Lewis many moons ago. Can't lie, I dig this new spot. The waiters & owners are friendly, the food is good and the wine is chefs kiss! Had the salmon salad and it was delish. Saw the waiter walk by with wings, so will try that next time.

This is the second time I’ve came to this establishment and it’s been closed. The first time on a Sunday before the closing time and today 8:30 around 10pm and on google it says open until 1am, they’re posting on instagram as if they are up and running and closed every time! this is very unacceptable!

Great Bed Study Bar! Excellent wine options among other things. We got buffalo jerk sliders which were very tasty! The service was a liiittle slow and the space was a liiiiiittle ? cramped, but it was a great time and I would return.
Great bar. Amazing service. Our server was so friendly and patient, and the owner Anthony is a welcoming presence that invites community and reassurance. Great place for dinner and drink or a night cap before heading home.

We were the only table in the restaurant and the server took forever with the water, the drinks, the food and never checked on us.
I came with my grands who aren’t tech savvy and the only option was a QR code. They couldn’t see their phones clearly and the restaurant had zero hard copies or other options, the only option was the server saying “oh they can use my phone!”.
The kitchen also didn’t check in with the server to tell her what items they were out of so 15mins later I found out they didn’t have either of my orders.
It’s also a wine bar so I ordered a rose. It’s the middle of the summer and they also had Zero rose. The server said “yea well this is an inventory day so we’re low in stock.” Everything was an excuse.
Horrible service and sad to see black folks not know what basic service is.
Their sliders are also the size of a quarter. Only to charge $20 for 4 quarter size sliders.

My friends and I were not aware that Therapy Wine Bar reopened elsewhere. We were happy to be able to support like we had before covid. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. Instead, it was rather frustrating. Service was very lack. We sat at the bar and were not acknowledged for well over 10mins. I can only assume they were understaffed, but as it was still a summer weekend (Sunday), there should have been adequate staff and better immediate attention paid. The bartender was also a waiter(?) and 2 waitresses were behind the bar, too? Too busy and unorganized for my taste. Food smelled good, but since it took an additional 10mins after ordering our drinks to actually receive them, we decided to find another black-owned spot to grab a bite.
We will try 2.0 another day, and I hope we have a much better experience.
Food was great. Service was amazing. Sangria was exquisite.
