Cute Bar. I've been wanting to try it for awhile. I finally did now that they are opening earlier. I didn't try any food. I also wasn't able to get a cocktail at the time I went but at least I was able to get a Jameson. I've gotten Jameson for less in other places. I might check it out again in the future, maybe for their Christmas pop-up.

good wine, nice vibes. but the server we got was VERY inattentive. i understand servers being busy but the restaurant was not busy enough for him to forget about us not once but THREE times. had to go inside the restaurant each time just to remind him that we existed

What is going on here? Best bartender ever Frankie is gone and replaced with the epitome of a suburban toxic Bro. This new guy is so cringe. What makes this place so sweet is the staff. Please fix this. Bummer.

Held a private party here for my girlfriend's birthday, and the whole staff was exceptional. We had a great time, and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Interior is cozy and clean, food options were plentiful and delicious, and the cocktails were top-notch. Will be coming back!

What a time was had. Got there before they opened and the owner was so kind enough to let me and my friend sit inside while the bar was still getting prepped for opening because it was raining outside. Just overall visit this place. While we sat, we got to chit chat with the owner. Drinks were very good. Atmosphere, played all sorts of music (in a good way) and got to see some regulars which made this visit special and how they make it a chill spot too. Next trip, I'd definitely re-visit.

Had a couple rounds here for the Christmas pop up and the drinks were excellent. Thanks to the hostess Tenee (spelling perhaps incorrect) for finding us seats for 4 on a packed, mostly reservation only night!

I am reviewing Thief as a neighbor, since I noticed John (owner/bartender?) responded to a review. The bar seems like fun, but the noise levels are unbearable. I live adjacent to your bar and the sound of the live band is louder than my tv. I have kids and bedtime is super stressful, since the music very very loud, so I am asking you to consider the neighbors. The volume is an issue on our buildings bulletin board and the volume definitely exceed 42 decibels, which is the noise ordinance for music in nyc. Any help would be appreciated. Sarah
