Really amazing meal with great service. We had the fillet of sole of course which was tender and perfectly prepared, not overwhelmed in butter. Starting with Sun chokes with caviar which was a very creative preparation and finishing with chocolate mousse. Our server was very attentive and knowledge about our wine. We will definitely be going back!

Dinner here was beautiful. Great service—every team member made us feel welcome—we sat at the bar and were able to chat with the chefs, who were very knowledgeable and passionate about the menu, and who seem genuinely happy to be there.
The brioche with French butter was insane. Bread and butter is very important to me, and this is some of the best I’ve had in the city. We had seasonal greens, risotto, and the squab with persimmons, and it all hit. The freshness and quality of ingredients really stands out.
For dessert, we had the apple tart, sticky toffee pudding, and persimmon crème brûlée. I’d say dessert is a must at Third Falcon. You could come here for a glass of wine and dessert and have a great time.
I really appreciate how the menu changes often, so I’m excited to head back. Love the classic/ cozy ambiance too.

The food was quite unique, and the preparations had much attention to detail. For instance, each ingredient in the salad was seasoned and prepared individually, which made the flavor a lot more interesting. On the other hand, the pork was very sinewy and hard to eat. That's unacceptable at this price point. The tarte tatin was outstanding while the fluke crudo had barely any flavor. The portions are rather small, so order 2-3 things per person even if you don't eat much.

Beautiful, charming restaurant with very tasty and creative food. Lovely place to sit at the bar or share a meal with friends. The bread is to die for and the wine menu is great. Would go back in a heartbeat. Get the sole, you won't regret it.

What a delightful experience. I visited Third Falcon for the first time last night and loved the buttery brioche, juicy sole meunière, perfectly cooked duck, and balanced sticky toffee pudding. We had incredible sparkling and ardoisiere wines. My group of friends and I will definitely return!

Enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner here. It was relatively quiet for a week-night which we appreciated, and the service was attentive. For dinner we shared the bread service, fluke crudo, greens of the moment, and the duck. Would skip on the fluke next time as it only had 3 small pieces and underwhelming flavor - a little disappointing for the price. Would recommend the other dishes we tried which were tasty and better portioned. Make sure to save room for the sticky toffee pudding - it's a home run!

A small space that packs a big punch. Great service and easy, delicious food—plus some of the best bread and butter I’ve had in the city
Fantastic new addition to the neighborhood! We had the "instead of olives", the brillat savarin tart (our favorite), langoustine, mackerel, greens of the moment, and the Sole Meuniere. Everything was superb. Great glass of aligoté.
