Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re trying to grab something quick , last 2 times I’ve been here I had to wait over 30 min just for a smoothie

This Place is GREAT. I GO OUT OF MY WAY WHENEVER I’M IN BROOKLYN FOR THE REAL DEAL; XL MEAL IN A GLASS or the Super Big Man. If you’re lucky enough to chat with the owner he’ll give some really good health advice.
Vegetarian options: It’s Mainly just vegetables with fruit available for added nutrients.
Dietary restrictions: Yo choose your own ingredients. The meal in a glass is custom made for you. You can add additional supplements to the mix
Parking: 3 spots in lot. Bus lane in front of location and car wash entrance is around the corner. But if you seek you will find parking.
Kid-friendliness: It’s ground floor and no stairs so roll the stroller in but it’s not a place for playing.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Roll right on in.

I ordered 3 big man smoothies and they tasted watery not much flavor, I walked back to the place told the guy who was mixing . He threw them away I thought he would have just mixed it over, he didn’t have to waste it and throw it away. He remade 3 more and they tasted worst than the first one I think his measurement was off. Every time I go to this place customer service poor and slow and they need much more workers. They need someone to cash, wash and mixed. Every time I go there a new person face be consistent with your workers!

Honestly the way this place has fell off if I could give Zero stars I would . This used to be a 5 star places however the last two visits have put a true dis taste. The owner has great intentions but horrible management skills. Maybe it’s the comeback after the pandemic but there are always new cashiers and it took me 34mins just to receive one drink . With no accommodations or even an apology . There are more then enough smoothie places that are still good within the area but it Hurts when you want to support a business you’ve known for years

Stood for atleast 10 min before the lady working greeted to ask what I wanted. Very unpleasant worker. I had to apologize for bothering her. Such a shame.

Smoothie and shakes are great!!! Owner is pleasant.1 star taken for NO togo menus and THIS PLACE NEVER OPENS ON TIME!! it is right next to the gym and lots of people want to stop here for a shake/meal replacement.
Great products but they are really slow with the service! They even have most of the selections pre prepared and the wait is still too long. Have to do better with getting people in and out.

The juice was nice but my issue is the price and the long wait time. The smallest most basic fruit drink was a few cents shy of $10. There was a long wait when it was only 2 ppl in the shop. Prices are not listed in the store. Never shop somewhere if their prices are not posted. It is ridiculous to sell a little basic drink with everyday fruits for $10 for the smallest size available. I normally get the same fruit drink ice smoothies for $3.50 in manhattan with less wait time. The drink was good and customer service was a 4 no one went above and beyond to greet me or anything but they were not rude. The place has alot of potential but for a grab and go the price is way too high and for that I will not go back.
