Tiger Box is a bright spot in a part of town that doesn't have many restaurants. Korean food in particular can be hard to find, but Tiger Box is my new favorite for sure. I had the sundubu jjigae, a perfectly spicy stew of tofu and pork. Sai the owner clearly knows what she is doing. I haven't had a jjigae that good since I lived in LA's Koreatown.
The owner is wonderful and the food is fantastic! 10/10 coming back often. Spicy pork rice bowl and chicken fried rice were both super fresh and tasty. Seafood scallion pancake was perfect as well.
The lady there is so nice and attentive!! She always has a smile and checks in on you. It feels very like home here. The food is the best part, affordable and freshly made!!!! I come here so often now 😊😊
