Bubble Tea is Amazing!
Tiger Sugar is one of my goto spots đ§ The regular brown sugar boba is amazing, and adding Milo makes it even betterâitâs hands down my favourite combination. I also love getting pearls along with the regular boba for the extra texture. Rich, indulgent, and always satisfying. Highly recommend!

It was a Monday Afternoon and was packed with people and orders. The drink was great and this is my favorite spot for boba whenever Iâm in town for family but I felt terrible for the one worker making all the drinks alone while there was practically a line out the door. She was extremely nice and patient with everyone.
Definitely recommend but I suggest patient since if itâs extremely busy it might take like 30 minutes if theyâre understaffed like it was today.

One of the worst drinks Iâve ever purchased.
I ordered a Premium Fresh Taro Latte around 7 PM, and the experience was frustrating from the start. The girl at the counter with black hair seemed confused when I mentioned the drink, so I pointed it out to her on the iPad. She then responded with an âoh yesâ as if she recognized it, so I went ahead and paid.
About 10 minutes later, I received a text from Tiger Sugar saying my order was ready but it clearly wasnât. When I looked toward the kitchen, the girl with a black hair and another blonde girl were chatting, laughing, and not preparing anything. I initially assumed maybe the blonde was in training, so I stayed patient.
After another 5 minutes passed, it became clear neither of them knew how to make the drink. I saw them just putting taro into a cup and hesitating. They looked unsure of what to do next. Eventually, they added milk and ice, taped it up, and handed it to me.
I only got to try it in the car, and unfortunately, it was exactly what I fearedâŚjust taro, milk, and ice. No flavor, no sweetness, no thought. It was honestly undrinkable. All that for $9.
To management: I hope you take a closer look at how your staff are being trained. These two employees â the black-haired girl at the counter and the blonde girl in the kitchen seemed completely unprepared to handle even a single order. I was the only customer there, yet it took them 15 minutes to make one poorly executed drink.
Very disappointing for a well-known brand.
No photos cause I literally threw it at the first sip.
