to be honest, the main problem was the drink. i had ordered a medium red bean matcha, less ice and regular sugar. when i got the drink i was confused because nowhere on the drink was it even green - it didnt even have matcha at all. i dont know if the cup sizes have changed but the cup was literally the size of my palm and "less ice" meant that 75% of the cup was ice, so much for less ice. it was overpriced for such a poorly made drink. otherwise, the service was okay but the people loitering were obviously gossiping about customers.

Tiger sugar boba is often extremely overpriced and doesn’t have a very expansive menu. Most drinks are super similar in composition. This particular store is kind of mid, and I think they still don’t have a store manager. This store is also super empty and not many people come around

I ordered milk tea and wanted to add money for jelly grass, but I was told that I can’t add it. Even if I add money, I couldn’t do it. The service attitude was extremely poor. There are milk tea shops everywhere, but I have never encountered one where I can’t add it even if I want to. Anyway, I won’t go there again.
