I had the great privilege to meet the owner Tim. He is very knowledgeable about all things " natural health". I visited his store and walked away with a few healthy treats of my own. Thank you Tim for the one of a kind experience.

Spend your money elsewhere! Store hours says open until 8 pm; however, I have come by around 4:30pm and it's closed. It's unprofessional to waste someone's time.

The alleged owner lacks customer service skills. In my interaction with him he was rude & disrespectful. His behavior was very unbecoming of natural community’s common ethics. His disposition was unwelcoming and couldn’t even implore simply kindness or politeness on a recurring patron. I patronize this establishment as a weekly health treat for myself and my child spending roughly $20-30 on drinks every time.I enjoyed my experience with the staff in the past and was going to offer a business opportunity for them to cater health food on a recurring basis. This will never happen after being kicked out! I was finishing a brief phone call, with my mask on, before I placed my order. I ask the cashier if this was ok since it was urgent and health related. Then enters Mr. Napoleon complex , the owner, trying to use COVID as an excuse as to why he approached me aggressively and rudely interrupted. He specifically stated he wasn’t interested in seeing my Vaccine Card and I needed to leave. He proceeded to become more irate when I shared on my call that I pass this establishment twice per day and it is ALWAYS EMPTY. Therefore, there are no COVID concerns that could have impacted his interaction. STAY AWAY.
