Pathetic service and worst customer service since I am regular I saw new guys on counter, I used to go in the noon and evening, the male staff and old lady is nice and friendly, but a young girl is pathetic and nonsense she deserve to be out from counter service, her bad attitude like giving free coffee kindly take a action remove her from counter to avoid your customer lost.

Coffee given to my husband was supposed to be decaf. It is always made at the time of arrival. It was given right to me and it was regular. My husband can’t have caffeine period.

Visited dislocation while leaving Brooklyn to go home to Maryland, service was slow the lattes were not so great more watery and got a couple of breakfast sandwiches and they were nasty, I would highly recommend staying away from this place

Every morning at 5am, I look forward to grabbing my cup of iced coffee before work only to be greeted by no one behind the counter of Tim Hortons. The employee is busy doing something else in the back. Several times I would have to wait a few minutes before the employee comes out to take my order. If I order a hot coffee then it will take several more minutes because no fresh pot was made. Sometimes, I would just leave and get my coffee fix at seven eleven further down on knapp st because I can make it myself faster. I tried downloading the Tim Hortons app thinking that I can maybe pre order my coffee. This way I can just walk in and out. I was unable to place my order as the app says it opens at 6am. I guess Seven Eleven it is. However, I don't know how I feel about their well dressed front door opener.
Coffee was horrible worker wouldn’t make me a knew one. Ended up buying a pre bottled Starbucks.

Had a cup of cappuccino with oatmilk. Tastes really nice. Friendly service with greetings and smile on their faces, What else u need to start your day in the morning :) Great coffee ☕️ and nice attitude :) Can’t get same quality of coffee and attitude at any Starbucks in NYC yet. Highly recommend. Definitely will stop by again.

I always go this location, however today I went to get a Tim boost and asked for less ice. When I was served the drink it wasn’t filled it was actually half I asked why it’s not filled the short Indian guy said because I asked for less ice.I never know I was buying ice instead of the drink. Almost $6 for a half cup of drink is crazy. Terrible service
