I always go this location, however today I went to get a Tim boost and asked for less ice. When I was served the drink it wasn’t filled it was actually half I asked why it’s not filled the short Indian guy said because I asked for less ice.I never know I was buying ice instead of the drink. Almost $6 for a half cup of drink is crazy. Terrible service

Since I discovered a Tim Hortons at this Exxon, I make it my weekly to come over here as my treat! I remember at one point, they were all over the city, and I’m sure politics happened, lol, and then they disappeared.I was a Tim Hortons girl before being the other competitor's girl, lol. There was one downtown Brooklyn, and I would get off that stop to go to Tim Hortons and get their hot chocolate and chocolate muffin. Their stuff is better to me, flavor-wise, fresher, and tastes more natural, and when I eat or drink their stuff, I don’t get a tummy ache (as weird as that sounds). Every time I go here, the staff is so friendly and helpful!At any rate, try them out if you haven’t or if you missed them, and let me know what you think!Parking: The TH is in the gas station. So there isn't much parking available. There are 3 regular parking spots on the side. Real tight. And you're battling with people trying to get gas in and out. But there is street parking on the residential side of the location.

Greeeeeat coffee(lattes)! Vegan milk op!(Silk Soy) Yaaay!! Also more cost effective than Starbucks & Dunkin! So happy it's new & now in my neighborhood(in walking dist)! Kind/attentive staff service & mgr(female) is great! My new 'coffee go-2'! I hope & pray they remain a quality business!

If I could give 2402 Knapp St, Brooklyn a Zero (0) I would !! The customer service was s**** some Arabic looking guy with an attitude.I ordered a panini & got 2 slices of toasted bread & a scoop of chicken salad with cheddar cheese with a pound of mayonnaise.If I had more time I would have went back & told him to eat this panini himself.I want a full refund for this and a apology, stop hiring people, Not from this country with bad attitudes that don't want to work. Purchase Date & Time 08/13/2023 @ 3:30pm I hope this guy gets fired he has the worst customer service. I should have learned from the lady and kids that were before me online, that was getting the same treatment. I should have just walked out but I wanted to try your food. This place is s*** & employees are as well.
