Tip-Top Bar & Grill is a great dive with a legendary artist sighting. The affordable spot has a great vibe, a friendly clientele, and a back yard. The bar tender even gave a hug on the way out. Despite its unassuming exterior, the bar is kind of magical with an incredible patio and immaculate vibes. The place feels like spending a night with family, with cool music and a jukebox for song selections. The food looked and smelled amazing, especially the fish and fries. The place has a family atmosphere and a long history of being passed down through generations. The homemade punch, like the hurricane, really packs a punch.
