If you’re in the neighborhood, you have to swing by Tipsy Scoop on Metropolitan Avenue. They’ve got a whole lineup of boozy (and non-boozy!) frozen treats to fit whatever mood you’re in... sorbet, creamy ice cream, and all kinds of flavor combinations that’ll make you want to try more than one. They also offer fun toppings to dress up your scoop just the way you like it.

The staff is super friendly, helpful, and really knows their menu inside out, so if you’re not sure what to try, they’ve got you covered. The place itself is spotless and well-presented, with both indoor seating and a small outdoor area. Honestly, it’s just as fun to take your scoop to go and wander the neighborhood.... it’s beautiful, and you can get your steps in while getting a little “tipsy” from your treat.

When you’re in the area, please don’t miss it. Go get your Tipsy Scoop!

Really fun concept, and can’t taste the booze.

We recently booked our company Summer Social event with Tipsy Scoop and had the best time! We opted for the boozy cocktail making lesson which our group loved. Angel and Kiki were super attentive and funny. We appreciated that they had patience with us even when we were laughing and talking over the instructions. We were just having so much fun. Missy was super helpful and accommodating with getting it booked. It was super easy and smooth. They even helped us find a venue where they could come to us because our group was rather large. I highly recommend if you're looking for something interactive. They accommodate non-boozy and dairy free requests as well. Thank you for a wonderful time!

It's currently 2:20 p.m. online & the website says that the store is supposed to be open at 1:00 p.m. but it's closed.

Absolutely terrible service if I could give zero stars, as I entered with a group of people the worker decided to suck his teeth and state disrespectful remarks. As we decided to leave because of the distasteful attitude and limited nonalcoholic options he proceeded to clap his hands and continue with his comments. Although we are a group of young people, we are still paying customers and the way that they have treated us during our visit was completely disrespectful.

Terrible service. We entered as a group ready to order and the staff became filled with frustration. After 5 minutes we decided to leave and they left rude remarks.

Great time at our boozy ice cream making class. Really fun.

Honestly I was hesitant on coming here because I’m not a big fan of drinking alcohol but I found out they have non alcoholic options. I came here with a friend. I sticked to the non alcholic ice cream and they got the tipsy flavors. We started with the boozy flight. Where you choose 4 flavors and get them in shot glasses. I got Pina colada and vanilla. One thing I could say is that this is quality ice cream. I cannot complain but the non alcoholic options are limited. You get that same feel from any other ice cream shop. Where you get the freedom to choose all your toppings. Only difference is alcoholic flavors. My friend enjoyed all the ice cream they had. They even tried the sundae called Tequila Sunrise. I’m going to keep it 100 the alcoholic ice cream was definitely tempting lol. Everything looked appealing. They only had one scooper at the time but service was still good in here. It has the ice cream shop interior with that boozy flair to it. Tipsy Scoop has multiple locations across the US. Also, the gummy bears here are out of this world. I recommend that for the toppings.

After paying the steep price for the ice cream I was very shocked when I was met with the cashier's disrespectful attitude when I was unable to tip. Not only did she roller her eyes but did she also made a comment to her coworker in front of me about me. I am not in the position to tip 20% percent for a pay and go service right now. Not only was I disrespected but after eating 25% of the ice cream I felt sick and threw it out. I've been going here for years and because of the service and decline of the food quality I will no longer be returning.

Their Elvis flavor is perfect and heavenly. The employees are also extremely friendly and upbeat. Loved the experience.

Had a great time. The associate we met was really nice, gave us a breakdown of all the flavor profiles, let us try a bunch of flavors. It’s not enough booze to knock you down, but you can taste it on the back end. Parking was a bit unfriendly in the area so be aware of that, but there’s so many restaurants in the area and a hotel, not surprised.

This ice cream is unlike any other you've likely tried. The name itself indicates that it contains alcohol. It's tiny and comfy, perfect for a date or hanging out with friends. I had whiskey dreams because I am a whiskey lover, and this ice cream is so tasty that I can taste the chocolate and whiskey flavors. Dude, there's a ton of ice cream flavors to try here, but this place is seriously amazing—I flew all the way from the Caribbean for it! The staff is super friendly too. You gotta check it out.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always amazing! The waiting line section is a bit crowded but the staff is pretty patient and recommended us a couple of flavors. This time I got strawberry white sangria and espresso martini (this one is limited edition), both are really good! It’s not as boozy as expected but they taste good. If you’re having a hard time to decide they also offer a flight option which you can try four different flavors.
