I finally made it to Tong in Bushwick and was soo impressed!!! The space is lively without being overwhelming, with neighborhood chill yet stylish vibes. The menu leans into bold, authentic Thai flavors (I couldn’t stop eating the spicy branzino sauce), and you can really taste the care in each dish. The spice is unapologetic and I mean it. Each dish felt like an adventure of flavors and textures. I especially recommend their grilled octopus - To DIIIIE FOR!!!

This spot is really close to me but this was my first time stopping by! I grabbed a few items to-go and whoa I just experienced what may be one of the best mango sticky rice I’ve ever had :o

They are powerful flavors, they make spectacular combinations, I love everything.

Vegetarian options: The octopus was cooked to perfection, the only thing was that the spicy sauce was too spicy
