They are a little slow I waited almost an hour for my food, that's the reason for the 4 stars. BUT in the end it was WORTH it! My meal was delicious that gets 5 stars. And the cashier never missed a beat. Even though she appears to be stressed from the revolving door of customers she took each customer in stride. And trust me some of the customers were annoying, (they were annoying me and I don't even work there ?) AND she still had a smile for ya when she rung you up. Now that's customer service! I'll be back. ?Vegetarian options: Eggplant parm with ziti and mozzarella sticks...mmm ?

Well I went in and asked about vegetarian slices the guy behind the counter said the vegetarian. I said oh what about the margharita? He said well there’s no meat on it is there? In a gruff tone.That’s rude. It’s like you tell me, I don’t work here so that’s why I’m asking. I just froze dumbstruck mumbling about possible animal fats, should have walked out.So I get a margh slice and it’s trash, the tomato bits taste slightly sour and it wasn’t even warm, like keep it in the oven till it’s piping how am I sitting down to a cold slice in the restaurant?? Also very oily.I had also gotten a small jerk chicken. The bottom most pieces of which were slimy and congealed, I was nervous giving that to my dog never mind eating it myself! ??Seriously not sure what’s going on here. Rude service, subpar quality, cold oily pizza.Never coming here again for my pizza, stick to kosher pizza on Kingston or Brooklyn dop in park slope.Please train your staff to provide humble, polite service. You cannot tell me does it look like there’s meat on that? Unacceptable.Now I drank a bunch of kombucha. If I die of food poisoning in the next day or so, note this location as responsible. ?

I ordered a meatball parmesan with spaghetti and to my surprise it was the most horrible dinner I ever odered??The meatballs taste like cardboard and was stale as hell with no taste at all, the spaghetti was oily and the cheese was like clumps and you couldn't even chew it and really no sauce was on it??This dinner was truly one of the worst I have ever odered and I couldn't believe that this place would service garbage like this to a customer!!I would never order from this place ever again or refer anyone there!!!!This was a learning lesson for me!

Best place to go with a large group especially before the theater! Their portion especially the family style are very generous. Their pasta is awesome and their wine list is great too! The service is also always great!

I have been going here for years. Yesterday my family ordered 2 pies one Pepperoni and one Sausage. The pizza sauce was watery and nasty without any flavor. Today my family all has diarrhea. This is a first time but we won't be returning until they fix their issue.

Pizza arrived smashed and cold. Asked for a refund of pizza, tax, delivery fee, and tip (I even offered to pay for the rest of the order) and was told no. Won't be ordering from them again, obviously.
What an outstanding place. As tourists the workers were helpful and extremely generous allowing us to try the local chicken. Gave advice on the local area as well. Old fashioned customer service at its finest.

As a long time customer of Tony's seems like this place has declined since I left the neighborhood based on the recent reviews.Today was my last time ordering from here. It costs me $24 for a small jerk chicken and a side salad. (Uber eats including fees and tip). I called to ask for jerk sauce and bbq sauce on the side and they told me "the manager changed the policy and we don't do that any more". So if I'm ordering delivery your manager says I can't have condiments? I used to order from here weekly and always ordered jerk/BBQ on the side. They can cut costs/corners if they chose. Thanks for letting me know exactly how you value my business.

Since moving out of Brooklyn I miss this place more than ever! Best pizza in Crown Heights. Tony is a good man and really cares about the community.
