Idk if it's a preservative they include or what but the taste is off. The chocolate cake was bad also. We had a Lion's Club meeting and several different people tried it and not one person liked it. I'm usually able to palate just about anything, but this was inedible. The chocolate cake and banana pudding went right in the garbage.

I’ve used this catering service for two years for Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday dinners for the homeless, spending about $8,000 total. Last year’s service was solid, which is why I returned.
This past Christmas, I ordered the $2,000 Tier 3 package, which includes 7 full-pan sides. When the food was delivered, none of the sides were included. I contacted the owner immediately and was told I’d be reimbursed.
After receiving no response to follow-ups, I had to go to the restaurant in person. There was little urgency, despite this being a time-sensitive holiday meal.
The owner offered a $400 credit, even though their menu prices put the value of 7 full-pan sides closer to $450–$500+. When the reimbursement food was finally provided, several items were half-size pans, further reducing the value, despite it being implied the reimbursement would reflect the full amount owed.
When I raised this, the owner said the amount included tax, even though the original order was tax-exempt, and dismissed the remaining $25 difference. While that may seem minor to the business, it represents the difference between full and half pans and directly affects how many people we can feed.
Mistakes happen, but the communication, follow-through, and resolution were disappointing—especially as a repeat customer supporting charitable events.

I ordered a small oxtail and rice and peas with yams and lamb chops with collard greens, Mac and cheese. EVERYTHING was salty except the oxtail. Yams were good. I got a scoop of rice literally Lml. Waste of money

We placed an order for about 1500 people. The owner and his team were so professional and friendly and worked with us. Mid shift we needed to place a last minute order and had the food delivered in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had the displeasure of coming here after church with sweet chili on my mind, went online to confirm using their takeout menu that they make sweet chili shrimp just to get there and be met with rude staff insisting that i was wrong instead of saying thats not something they were currently making, had the nerve to be playing Marvin Sapp at that. Mmhhh it’s better to be wrong and respectful than right and rude! Just wrong and strong, and i definitely will not be back. Service turned me all the way off.

Went to Top Tier Catering last week and we absolutely loved the food! The juicy oxtails and crispy fried chicken were our favorites, but they also have a lot of other affordable options. The staff is super friendly, we’ll definitely be going back whenever we’re in the area! :)
I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was not good at all. The fish tasted old and the portion size was very small. Shortly after eating, my stomach began to hurt, which was very concerning.
I would not return or recommend this catering service.

The nastiest food ever I ordered from Uber eats my macaroni salad was FROZEN the banana pudding literally look so disgusting it was lumpy and looks like it was old the bbq was old just so much sauce on them and my green beans were blah never ordering again
