Everything else I order I was great except the salmon and the fried chicken. The salmon did not taste very fresh and was covered with all these holes. It was super soft and mushy. The fried chicken was super dry on the outside. I had to use both hands and my mouth to tear the chicken apart. Texture was like jerky. Proabably fried too many times. I ordered through uber eats

Loved everything we had - karaage, tempura, chashudon and gyudon. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked well. The chashu had amazing flavor, and the rice was so good. I haven’t had well-cooked rice in a very, very long time. It was quite special!

Everything was great except the chicken katsu. Flavors and aromas were there but the chicken was kind of spongey and it tasted and felt more like imitation chicken. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t what I was expecting
