They have a great selection and everything tasted really fresh. On top of that, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. Whether you want a quick slice or a whole pie to share, this is definitely the spot to go. Highly recommended!”

NUMEROUS TIMES I’ve called in orders and NUMEROUS TIMES they don’t listen. I called today and ordered 3 chicken parm platters sub vodka sauce for the marinara. Seemingly easy, right? Chicken cutlet. Cheese. Vodka sauce. “Yeah we do that” the guy says. I open the box: 3 plates of chopped up chicken with vodka sauce. No cheese. I called back and asked “do you make chicken parm with the chicken chopped up” He says no. SO WHY IS THIS CHOPPED UP?? He gets nasty with me and asks me what I want him to do. I spent nearly $100!! I WANT YOU TO FIX IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! he asks me “what do you want me to waste it“ Well, sir, it is unapologetically not my issue if you don’t fulfill a customer’s order correctly. You guys really need to get together over there. As much as it’s too expensive for you to waste product and have to remake something, it’s way too expensive for me to spend money on a product that comes to me incorrectly. Listen to your customers. and do better customer service. At a time in our economy where mom and pop businesses are suffering, it’s not a time to treat your local regulars like they’re a nuisance when your establishment makes a mistake. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. Simply asking for what I paid for. I don’t think that’s a challenging concept.

Great pizzeria. Garlic knots are on point, penne vodka was awesome and the chicken noodle soup was rich and made to order.

Torre’s Italian Restaurant & Pizza is a solid choice when you're in the mood for classic Italian comfort food in a welcoming, family-style setting. Whether you're here for a casual dinner or bringing the whole family out for a relaxed night, Torre’s offers a warm atmosphere and plenty of delicious options.
The pasta dishes are satisfying and flavorful — I’d rate them a solid 4 out of 5. The portions are generous, the sauces are well-prepared, and there’s a nice variety to choose from, whether you're into creamy Alfredo, hearty Bolognese, or a simple garlic and olive oil spaghetti. Could some flavors be refined a bit more? Sure — but overall, they hit the spot.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza — easily the star of the show. The crust is perfectly crisped, the cheese has that ideal melt and stretch, and the toppings are fresh and plentiful. Whether you go for a classic Margherita or load it up with meats and veggies, the pizza earns a definite 5 out of 5. It’s the kind that keeps you coming back.
Torre’s also does a great job offering variety. The menu has something for everyone — from calzones and strombolis to salads and chicken parm. It's the kind of place where picky eaters and adventurous diners can both find something they’ll enjoy.
While there’s room for improvement — maybe a bit more finesse in the pasta or an upgrade in presentation — Torre’s delivers on its promise of hearty Italian food in a laid-back, approachable environment.
Best For: Family dinners, casual nights out, and pizza cravings
What to Try: Any specialty pizza, garlic knots, and pasta alla vodka

First time in New York City. I got tickets to the 4th of July fireworks by the Brooklyn Bridge. While waiting I met a gentleman waiting on the bench next to me and my wife and he offered us a slice of his pizza. Wow! It was really good! But a few hours later the fireworks started and I didn’t get the guy’s contact or what New York pizza it was. A few days later I bumped into him by chance in Chinatown.
Wow! What a coincidence.
So naturally I got his contact information and asked what pizzeria it was from. “Torre’s” he told me. So the next day my wife and I took a 50 minute on the N train to Brooklyn to enjoy some more. It was honestly the best pizza I’ve tried ever! Good service, giant pie, and good food. Curiously the owner asked if that guy (don’t want to name him) sent me. Yes! He said he thought so because of my specific order. We got the Margarita pizza and had extra to take back to Austin.

The restaurant/pizzeria is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. They have several tables for dining in but no servers. I ordered the personal plain cheese pizza which consisted of four small slices. The rice ball appetizer was filled with a generous portion of chopped meat in the center. The filet of sole oreganata included two pieces of fish and choice of pasta or vegetable. The meatball parmigiana platter offered customers a nice choice of various pastas such as baked ziti, stuffed shells, manicotti or ravioli. Food was fresh and well-priced. Friendly and helpful staff.

Sergio..the person who takes orders over the phone cannot handle a busy day as he is unable to answer a question when you are deciding to place an order. They should remember if they want to keep good repetitive customers, they should be more mindful of answering a customers questions so that they can be satisfied with their orders.
