Came for the 4 for $10 deal tonight. The payment method is only mentioned once you get to the counter inside and is limited to cash, Venmo, or Zelle. This really should be posted outside along with the deal itself. The lack of transparency is very off putting especially for a chain store. I’ve never seen other Tous Les Jours locations or bakeries in general operate this way.

I love their milk bread. It is the best. Fresh yummy soft bread melt in your mouth with a delicious after taste. Cheesy breads all gooey. Even the donuts have unique fillings all for your delight (ube, vanilla. Strawberry, matcha). So so good. Pricing isnt bad either. If you want soft cakes or small cakes, they got you covered. Be sure to check out the many other stuff they have.

Estrella was very warm and helpful! I'm glad to see there's a Tous Les Jours in Brooklyn. I'm obsessed with their Milk Cream Cloud Bread! I got the Iced Butter Pecan Cloud Latte and Morning Bread and it was very filling and worth the price (I even had leftovers for later!). They have wifi, ample seating and calming music. Outdoor seating available, too. Come check this amazing place out!

Ordered an Assam milk tea with oat milk and it was beyond sweet so I asked a different person to remake it since the girl who took my order originally was busy making a drink. The guy who remade my drink asked what drink it was but the girl responded so I walked away. He made my drink and I sat down with it and took a few sips before realizing that it didn’t taste like oat milk and he didn’t ask me or her about the milk. I went up and asked him if my drink was made with oat milk and he yelled at me, blaming me because I didn’t tell him the milk I wanted for the drink. I am unsure why I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism by him and when I calmly explained I didn’t tell him because the other girl told him what my drink was he kept yelling at me while the girl stared and did nothing in the situation. I was really uncomfortable and a different worker came over to talk to me while he stormed off. She listened to me explain the situation and I ended up asking for a refund as I’m lactose intolerant and the drink didn’t taste good the second time either. I’m glad the last worker was able to help me out and was very nice to me but the man who made my drink was clearly having a bad day and didn’t need to take it out on me.
I love TLJ and their cakes, I’ve never been to this location or had their beverages so this was honestly my worst experience. Would not visit this location again if he’s still working there.

Purchased the Strawberry Lychee fresh cream cake, the customer service was really nice, but the cake was not good. The sponge within the cake was rough and felt old, which spoiled the overall experience of tasting the cake.

I went at like 5pm and they still had quite a bit of things left, I enjoyed the self serve style. The store was pretty full so I used the outside seating. I tried the chocolate pretzel thing and it was okay, the chocolate hazelnut croissant was delicious.

The teddy bear at the front of the store caught my attention so I went in and ordered a macaron. Who knew a single macaron costed $3 after tax?? The macaron that they gave me was also fading in color, who knows how long it has been in there for? I ordered a pistachio macaron but instead of green it was grey. What bad luck…
